my husband John and I chanced upon this picture postcard setting
with historic buildings in June 1995. Lisdonagh House , Courtyard
grounds and Lough Hackett were to be put under the Hammer
(Public Auction) the following week. We were living and working in London
at the time , but our fate was sealed when our bid succeeded and thus
our journey of restoration began and continues
We are delighed to offer guests the experience of enjoying some time
in this unique 18th Century setting and there is a home for everyone
the main house for larger groups, the Heritage Coachouse for max of 6
the Villas each sleep 4 house guests as does the Victorian Gate Lodge
at the entrance. We live in separate accommodation on the Estate
