Located in the heart of Venice's historic centre, this welcoming tourist accommodation enjoys a privileged position, just behind St. Mark's Square and only 5 minutes' walk from the famous Rialto Bridge.

The apartment offers a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

Not the easiest to find, but worth the search.

The instructions provided on how to find the apartment could have been better, I spend a while walking around looking for the poorly marked courtyard. Once you get there, The apartment was amazing. You're less than a minute walk from Piazza San Marco. It was very clean and comfortable and the person who met me there to give me the key was pleasant and very helpful.

Well equipped and wonderfully located apartment a very short distance from St. Marks square. Unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy and we needed to switch it off at night. We could not leave the windows open due to the mosquitoes. It is also a bit dark inside the apartment.

amazing stay.

I don't speak Italian but I want to say what a lovely experience we had at this apartment. Beautifully appointed, our check in was delightful and the R&R when out of their way to help us. i would highly recommend this company and this property. We hope to come next time for longer and take more advantage of the kitchen and other amenities. So close to everything. A perfect place for a visit.
