Martin has an amazing property in the center of Venice and was very helpful in every aspect, and especially after our flight was late and the airline lost our luggage. If you have the opportunity to book this property, jump on it without delay!

Our host met us at the boat stop when we first arrived, which was very helpful. Nice bed and large living area. Convenient to many placed in Venice. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment in Venice

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was close to shops, bars and St. Marks Square but it was lovely and quiet. Martin was so helpful - he ordered us a water taxi from the airport (the most amazing way to travel into Venice) and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. We had the most amazing time in Venice and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Campo San Mauritzio

We had a very pleasant stay. Martin was an accommodating host, even helping us get our bags to San Giglio on departure; the flat is perfectly located between Campo San Mauritzio and the Grand Canal, a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the bustle of San Marco. Only downsides: there is no water plumbed into the “kitchen;” and one morning we awoke to an unpleasant smell of sewer gas, which continued off and on that one day. But that may simply be endemic to Venezia, a city built on and surrounded by water..

Ideal central location in Venice, yet tucked away on a quiet walkway. We found the apartment very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The host was so friendly and provided helpful recommendations for our visit. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Probably the most convenient and centrally located apartment in Venice.

Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a very comfortable and very clean landing spot for when you are resting and relaxing from your enjoyment of the town. Attentive host; so easy to find, and a great launch point for all of your on-foot (and in-boat) destinations.

Great apartment and host

Martin was the perfect host for our stay in Venice. He was extremely accommodating for an early check in and responded quickly to my messages. He also gave a lot of excellent local recommendations. The apartment is very close to San Marco square which allowed us to be able to pop “home” for a quick rest before going out again, but because it is down a side street it is extremely quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay there again!

This was a perfect stay in Venice. The host met us at the Alilaguna stop to help us find the apartment and provided restaurant recommendations, assistance with transportation. The apartment was lovely. Beautifully decorated, good air conditioning, and a great courtyard. Close to everything. Highly recommend this host and property.
