Cozy spotless studio apartment with kitchenette, bathroom with large shower, and livable balcony, fully equipped, washing machine, free WiFi, air conditioning, well renovated in shades of blue, in the Aurelia area, from which its name "Aurelia in Blu" derives. five minutes from the ring road and 10 from the Vatican by car, with a bus you get to Vatican and San Peter, Trastevere, Piazza Venezia and Termini Station. On foot you can reach shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but being in a closed street, you can enjoy peace and silence.

In the kitchenette there is everything needed for cooking, for coffee there is both a moka and an electric espresso machine.
The structure is a portion of my apartment with its own independent entrance and consists of a room of 18 square meters with adjoining kitchenette, independent bathroom and terrace.
