Located in a lively area and close to well-known restaurants and nightclubs, you will find yourself immersed in the festive atmosphere of the city. Please note that as it is close to all tourist services, there may be some occasional noise. If you are a lover of photos and selfies, we recommend visiting Playa dels Pilons because it has a sail-shaped sculpture that represents the ancient fishing tradition that existed in Salou, and a group of large coloured letters that spell out Salou.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families or a couple.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the surroundings and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find restaurants such as El Rinconcito de Manel, known for its spectacular brunches and excellent cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. All have terraces with magnificent sea views, ideal for enjoying local cuisine overlooking the Mediterranean.
