There is no private parking for this property, however outside there is street parking with a 2 hour limit. AFTER 4PM parking is unrestricted untill 11am the next day, ideal if your going on a day trip. Further up Victoria road seconds away there is unrestricted street parking available when spaces allow.
For stress free parking use the park and ride at the top of town, The bus drops you only a few minutes level walk away from the property .

We had a very comfortable stay at the flat which was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The central location was very convenient and we had a very enjoyable week. Julia was very accommodating when we had to change the dates of our visit.

This is a really nice flat very near the centre of Dartmouth but extremely quiet, especially at night. Spotlessly clean and everything worked. A lot of care has been taken to decorate the flat with interesting and quirky pictures, shells, ornaments etc. I would stay there again.

A lovely stay in Dartmouth

We had a great weekend. The flat was lovely and clean. Julia text to tell us we go in a bit earlier which suited us as we arrived early. Everything we needed was there. Lovely area within easy reach of everything. Definitely recommend

Excellent base for walking Dart Valley trail and other things to do

The property is in a central location with less than 5 minutes level walk to shops, restaurants and transport (ferries/bus). This was exactly what we wanted because we knew that parking is an issue in Dartmouth. We left the car behind, taking the train to Totnes and bus to Dartmouth. Everything you could need for self catering was provided. Local Co-op was open until 10pm in the evening, which was handy. Check in and out was simple, no fuss, and the host kept in touch during the stay.

Great winter break

Cosy accommodation, well equipped, uniquely decorated with nautical theme. Clean and within easy reach of all amenities. Perfect location with level access to main town a short walk away. Highly recommended would definitely book again

Fabulous location, lovely quirky apartment with everything you need ... host were also really helpful with all my questions and gave us some great recommendations for the weekend too. We would definitely stay there again

Comfortable bed in great location. Parking a bit of a lottery. Cigarette smoke smell drifting up to bedroom from flat below. Otherwise very good.
