Pretty rustic farmhouse on the edge of the pond of Thau

Located in a former winery, this small farmhouse under the pines and bordering oyster farming is at the heart of local heritage landscapes. In the shelter of the tumult of the coast but not far from the beaches, you will be able to spend quiet moments in a calm and authentic frame. Ideal for a family with young children, the house and the park are spacious. This mas has already been proposed for 4 years (from 2009 to 2012) to the summer rental with very positive feedback from tenants. The welcome during your stay is provided by the owner, who lodges all year in the area and who can advise you on your excursions.

This house is indeed a rustic, away from it all property but only a ten minute drive from Marseillan with it's bars and restaurants around the little harbour. Cecile is a good hostess, welcoming but not intrusive. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nice place, very friendly host

We were 2 couples who stayed 2 weeks at this property in July. We had a good time. It's a quiet place with no direct neighbours and plenty outside space with sufficient shade. The Kitchen is well equipped. Cecile the host is very friendly with a very kind personality, who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Avons passé un trés agréable séjour dans ce joli mas très confortable, très propre et trés bien équipé. L' exétrieur de la maison, très vaste, à proximité de l'etang de Thau, sous les pins est idéal pour la détente et la farniente.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La propriétaire était présente pour nous présenter la maison et disponible durant tout notre séjour. La maison est dans un espace naturel très agréable au bord de l’étang et tout proche d’un bar à huîtres. Les commerces sont accessibles en voiture à quelques kilomètres. Idem pour les plages.

De jolies vacances dans une région merveilleuse. Le cadre est beau sous les pins et les cygales. L’étang de Thau avec ses ostreicultures et les plages proches , tout pour passer de belles vacances. On reviendra!

Un très bon séjour

Hôtesse très accueillante, accès à des équipements comme deux vélos, des articles de plage, un jeu de croquet, un portique de balançoires, etc. Beaucoup de place alentour. Séjour ensoleillé rafraîchi par l'air marin et l'air de l'étang tout proche : on a échappé à la canicule Tranquillité, proximité de deux villes, Marseillan et Mèze. On a fréquenté la plage des Dunes à Marseillan Plage. Séjour parfait : gîte confortable, très bien équipé, décoré par la propriétaire On a pu pendre tous nos repas dehors, sous une pergola, le matin et le soir, et sous des parasols le midi Séjour parfait en tous points.

Great county house

Nice stay with Cecile for a really country experience yet close to the sea. The garden is great as is the view. We stayed in a very hot period and it was hot indeed!

Un ptit coin de paradis

Si l'on privilégie des vacances au calme, dans un lieu éloigné de toute effervescence et au plus près d'une nature préservée, le mas des pins est un authentique refuge!!!

Belle maison et endroit magnifique!

La maison de Cécile est très très belle, rénové avec goût et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de détente et tranquilité. Le grand plus de la location est la situation aux arbres au bord de l'étang de Thau, sur une domaine tranquille et bellissime. Les nombreuses espaces extérieures sont parfaites pour prendre les repas dehors et se réposer, tandis que les enfants peuvent se divertir avec des nombreux jeux fournis. En somme, un endroit fantastique pour découvrir la région, faire des sports nautiques, du vélo... et puis se retirer en toute tranquillité à la fin de la journée.
