Nice house in top location

It's not the most modern house but had everything we needed. The location is absolutely top if you want peace and quiet which we did and the beach within walking distance. The beach is about 15 mins walk but we often drove to one of many car parks and walked from there. It's not a touristy area but great for walking, nature, boat trips and sightseeing. Nearest supermarket was 10 minutes drive. And the owners are very friendly. Would recommend it.

Calme et baignade

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. La plage est accessible à pieds en quelques minutes. De plus, le jardin, assez vaste, permet de profiter du calme de l'emplacement. L'habitation mériterait quelques travaux d'embellissement et d'équipements complémentaires. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. A recommander pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter du calme et de la proximité de la plage.

Maison en très mauvais état

Vue de la rue la maison a du charme. Grande maison avec beaucoup de potentiel, jardin immense proche de la mer et du très joli village du Conquet. Dommage qu'aucun travaux ne soient faits, odeur d'humidité, papier peint décollé, salle de bain de l'étage limite insalubre par l'humidité, le miroir est hors d'âge piqueté de rouille, la cabine de douche fuit. Toiles d’araignées partout, meubles poussiéreux, gras... Travaux de cache misère... Les velux sont à remplacer (difficultés d'ouverture, un velux fissuré). Pas de séchoir à linge en extérieur, nous avons dû en réclamer un pliant. Le barbecue est minuscule alors que la maison est prévue pour 9/10 personnes. Le prix payé ne justifiait pas les prestations et l'état général de la maison.

Nous venons de vous lire avec attention et sommes surpris car notre maison a été louée en juillet et fin août avec des locataires satisfaits et qui ont déjà réservé pour l an prochain. Neanmoins nous avons prévu des travaux de peinture et de rénover la salle de bain de l étage , et de changer 2 velux . Quant à la propreté , nous avons réalisé le nettoyage complet entre 2 locations , tout en appliquant le protocole Covid . Loueur depuis plusieurs années, il est vrai que nous constatons que la notion de propreté n est pas la même pour chacun, ni la même à l arrivée d un locataire que lors de son départ... Nous serons donc plus exigeants à ce sujet afin de satisfaire au mieux .

maison idéale pour grande famille aimant le calme à proximité de la mer

grande maison avec pièces spacieuses, terrasses agréables. la maison aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement, mais bon rapport qualité/prix comparé à ce que nous avons connu auparavant dans les environs. accueil chaleureux et état des lieux idem.
