Inside you will find six bedrooms including a ground-floor super king-size bedroom with an en-suite, three additional super king-size bedrooms, a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the first floor you will also find a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC and a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. On the ground-floor you will find a spacious sitting room with a woodburning fire, a snug with a woodburning fire, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside, you will find a lawn garden area, a Spa Swim/hot tub and ample parking. Treboeth promises an outstanding stay in Powys.

Amenities: Mixture of biomass, oil and gas central heating and two woodburning stoves. AGA, electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TVs with freeview and WiFi (can be intermittent). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Rear garden area, and a front garden area with Swim Spa/Hot tub. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub within 5.3 miles and shop within 7 miles. Note: As this property is on a working farm with animals, dogs must be kept under close control. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £1000

Great Family Getaway

There were 6 adults and 5 children. It was wonderful the children were able to run around, and they loved the hot tub. We would love to go back sometime.
