The main tourist and sport attractions of the village are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the golf club, the Apollonio Tennis courts and the ski areas including the nearest one of Faloria Mountain.
The studio is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher, a dining table with wooden chairs, a double bed with two nightstands and a LCD TV. There is a bathroom with shower. Available a washing machine and an outdoor car parking space, in the square below the house.
