Apartment in urbanization with communal pool located on the beachfront, in one of the best rest areas in Lanzarote. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them ensuite, newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, living room with two sofas, TV with international channels, WIFI and utility room with washer-dryer. Large terrace with barbecue. The apartment is located near the airport, from which it can be accessed in both public and private vehicles. It has parking nearby. It is very close to a shopping center and next to the main avenue, where you can practice sports or simply walk and enjoy the area or have a drink at the nearby restaurants.

The appartment was lovely very clean with good facilities. Very close to a big supermarket and shopping centre. Playa Honda has lovely beaches a few bars and is a nice quiet Spanish resort.
