Balcony for perfect al-fresco dining, with table, chairs and sun lounger. You will never feel over-crowded as the complex is split into 7 separate plazas, each with its own pool.

Excellent value rental rates for this tastefully decorated villa, finished to a high standard with a colour scheme which was deliberately selected with the theme of "sea and sand" in mind and colours which we hope our guests will find refreshing, yet relaxing.

Verde 15 has everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday, including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including washing machine, full-sized fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven plus microwave. For those who like to cook an evening meal now and again, there is a table and chairs for more formal dining. An iron and ironing board is also provided as well as a hair dryer.

Linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels included in price. Beach towels also provided. Mid clean and laundry change are not included in rental cost.

For young children, a baby-cot, high chair, safety gate, fold-down buggy etc can all be hired at a weekly charge ranging from €10 to €20. I can make these arrangements for you.

NEAREST BEACH (Playa Bastian) 2 minute walk. Two more beaches - Playa Cucharas and Playa Jabillo (5-10 minute walk along promenade)

Not suitable for the "young and lively"

Verde 15 has been decorated and presented to a high standard and the complex is kept in excellent condition throughout the year - what you would expect to find on any 4* complex: visitors to Verde 15 return year after year, some staying for up to eight weeks.

I take a lot of pride in providing an honest, efficient and informative service to my guests. Nothing is too much trouble - just ask if you have any questions.

Full clean on departure is included in your rental
Additional costs for cleaning £30 (during your stay, if required - not necessary as the apartment is very easy to keep clean)

NONE of the above are mandatory: most of my guests prefer to pay less for the weekly rental and most do not select any of these additional services. All cleaning and laundering charges are set by the management company and are outside my control.

£65 pp for more than 4 people sharing (whether for one week, ten days, 2 weeks) e.g. 2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children, 5 adults, 6 adults - or any combination of more than 4 guests. This will be requested separately following booking confirmation and is part of the booking conditions.

There is building work going on, and has been going on, for the last 4 years. At times there can be noise and dust so please be aware of this. Any interruption is dependant on exactly where on the site the work is being carried out as the site itself covers an expansive area. As you can see from guest reviews, there is no negativity regarding the building work.
