Family vacation for family of 2/3 parents to teenagers

The cabin is so beautiful. It's in a wonderful spot in the mountains. Also, it is close enough to the spots you'll want to go without being in the middle of it. Houses on either side of cabin are probably 150-200 ft from this cabin. The two back decks are awesome. As is the front porch where there are a few chairs and a gas grill suitable for grilling for a family of 6 or 7. On the upper back deck the hottub is nice, clean and fun. Also a very nice place opposite of hottub to sit, relax and enjoy the view.On the lower back deck there is a cornhole game with plenty of room to play it right there on deck. The game room is amazing and fun. Pool table, arcade game. The sectional and huge TV are great too. Air hockey table isn't good. Hopefully it's not a reason anyone would stay here though.

Mountain retreat

Very clean. Highlight was game room in basement with pool table, air hockey, arcade, TV and bar. Very cute cowboy decor throughout. We couldn’t get the PlayStation to work but didn’t miss it. Very relaxing& beautiful area. Only downsides were slot of bees in the front of the house & some in back porch areas. We were afraid to navigate the narrow windy roads at night and it’s a bit of a hike

Steep inverted parking

Amazing amenities in the cabin. The kids loved all of the gaming- it's why we booked here, to continue at home entertainment. the pool table, air hockey and loft games were a hit. As was the Hot tub. Relaxing and secluded feel to the property. We saw a bear once. He walked by the front door on the porch one evening. Exciting. Recommend River Rat Tubing, Off Road Gatlinburg, and the Alpine Mountain Coaster. Tuesday and Wednesday were calmer days with an uptick in travelers Thursday/Friday. Back to the house: 7min steep, winding, mountain climb to reach house. When you leave, you strategize a full trip out. The driveway is steep, but it should note Parking is at a decline. It doesn't level at all to park. Test your brakes and parking brake. We had to angle just so to trust the surface & no sliding even with parking brake. Toyota Tundra. Dramatic downward facing towards cabin & it hurts when the kids open a door and it whacks you b/c doors fling open quickly when facing downhill. Cabin was beautifully kept and entertained teenagers/preteen + adults.

Perfect cabin!

My family of 5 adults loved this cabin. Plenty of room, very clean, and excellent wifi. We enjoyed not having neighbors on top of us and our daily visits from the black bears.

Very nice stay

Very clean, quiet, well stocked and comfortable. Only negative was the wifi not to good and the view wasn't what we expected. Other than that really loved the cabin and being visited by the black bears made our stay so much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a blast!!!

One of the best places we have stayed. The cabin is amazing, we loved the game room downstairs. It let me and my son wake up earlier and not bother the rest of our party. The only downside was the road to the cabin was very narrow and on a steep mountain.

Home away from home!

Honestly, there isn’t anything we would change. No complaints with this cabin! Everything was as described in the listing. We only had 2 people during our stay, but there was plenty of space comfortably for 7+. TVs in every room and more than enough entertainment options! We will be back soon with our family.

Great Cabin

This was a beautiful place to stay. The cabin was very nice and well-maintained. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise. The many rooms made it comfortable for our entire family. The kids had so much fun in the basement, with many games and things to entertain them. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time and the game room was fun. I almost didn't book because of the steep driveway warning, but I'm glad i did. It wasn't that bad and like others said, backing in is much better. The location is great no matter what you want to do. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just a short drive and hiking was close too. Our family had a great vacation here!

Amazing Getaway

We went down to TN for a short fall break. Like other reviews have said, the driveway is very steep and backing in was the easiest way to get in and out. We really enjoyed the quiet area. We went into Pigeon Forge a couple of times for shopping but definitely could have just stayed close to the cabin since there are places to eat close by. We hiked Laurel Falls to see the waterfall and went to The Sink waterfall for senior pictures. If you plan of staying close by make sure to check what time places close. We wanted ice cream one night but most places closed by 8:00pm. We would definitely recommend staying in the cabin. I wish we would have booked it for more than 3 days.
