About this property

Thea luxury suite, beautiful resort, ideal for families and couples!

The suite is 95 square metres with two floors. The first floor includes a fully equiped kichen with dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and a full set of kickenware. Also there is a cosy living room with fireplace, bookcase, aircondition, 50 inches TV, dinning bench and a WC. (All electrical appliances are brand new.) Moreover you may enjoy a drink on the balcony while you admire the spectacular sunset!
On the second floor there is a big sleeping room with a lovely double bed, 32 inces TV, air condition and a bathroom with jacuzzi. There is also a smaller sleeping room with a couch that provides two beds. There is a shared barbecue, field with lawn including basketball volleyball and swings, playhouse with ping pong and other toys.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village Atsipopoulo, just 10 minutes far from the town of Rethymno. It's a comfortable suite with view to the sea and the town of Rethymno. The area is isolated and quiet without traffic noise, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating holidays. The suite is surrounded by olive trees, flowers and various types of local plants.

Why they chose this property

This proporty is the place i grew up as a child and I have many fantastic memories. We have great outdoor facilities for many activities! Also there is a farm with many animals, such as hens, ducks, rabbits and goats.

What makes this property unique

The area is low-populated and quiet, away from the traffic noise.
It is close to Rethymno town, markets, taverns etc and just 2 km far from the nearest beach of Rethymno. The house is comfortable and boasts a large and well-cared garden.
