Spyros Apartment

- Nice apartment - Pool was cleaned nearly every day - Nice area - Close to center - Toilets and floor weren't cleaned during stay, we got only new towels and bed linen - Basic Lay-out (dish towel was missing, no coffee at the beginning, toilet paper wasn't refilled)
Response from VrboOwner on 7 July 2023
We thank you for all your complimentary remarks. Notice please that according to the covid19 protocol the cleaning service is not provided as always. So the housekeeper provides fresh bed linen and towels. We are very sorry if you were missing anything from the apartment equipment, but since our agency and the owner are always available for inquiries, you could have requested anything you needed and it would be provided immediately. We look forward to seeing you back soon in Crete and offer you another truly unforgettable holiday! Vicky Stavropoulou - Reservations Department
