Very nice renovated 4 BR apartment in central Granada. We were 3 couples which was perfect. Loved the terrace and the building is well maintained. Bathrooms all very nice.

Property was nice for our family of 6. Nice to have an elevator, but it is very old. My only criticism would be that the apartment seems a bit dated, and the last renovation was not done to the highest of standards.

In general, was 5 out of 5. Would much rather communicate through Vrbo than through WhatsApp. A/C was 6/10...walked into very warm house and first night in bedroom was uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice place in a perfect location.
While the location is easy and walkable to everything, it definitely isn’t in the nicest part of town. It was safe, but we were suprised at how much graffiti there was. Granada is amazing and having 4 bedrooms was ideal. That said, one of the bedrooms was so hot we couldn’t use it. The Ac broke and they couldn’t repair it during our visit … so while I think this is a good value… just know this is value over luxury.

It is a completely safe and well-connected neighborhood, with easy walking access to the city’s main points of interest. That said, we do appreciate your observation, as we understand that each traveler’s perception of the surroundings can vary.
On another note, we regret the unexpected issue with the air conditioning during your stay. As you rightly pointed out, these types of situations can arise unexpectedly, but we assure you that we did everything possible to address the repair as quickly as we could. We are actively working to ensure that the air conditioning unit in that room is fully operational again, guaranteeing thermal comfort for all future stays.
