Woodbridge Island is a highly security complex with 24/7 Manned Security, Patrolling Guards and CCTV. It is surrounded by the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side; Beautiful walks in the beach to enjoy sunset; There is an abundance of bird life in the area; There are 3 communal pools within the Island; A stunning Koi Pond, just in the middle of the Island. Body Corporate Office situated in the Internal part of the Island. MyCiti bus route is just outside the Security Entrance of the Island. Close to all amenities, such as Shopping Malls, Schools and Popular Wine Routes; 4 restaurants, Canoe Club, Golf Club, Life Saving Club and good surfing along the coast of Woodbridge Island. 15/20 minutes to Cape Town and Waterfront in normal traffic.

This is a beautiful onestorey home, just on the edge of a lagoon, enjoy the magnificent views of the lagoon and beautiful sunset from the balcony.
The mornings/afternoons walks on the beach, just outside the complex, to enjoy the majestic sunrise and/or sunset.
Also enjoy the abundance of birds life in the area; the lovely Khoi Pond just on the middle of the Island with it's fish variety.
MyCiti bus stop at the entrance of the Island ready to take you around Cape Town.
