The apartment is located on the fifth floor, has two double bedrooms (both with ceiling fans), a fully renovated bathroom with a shower tray, a large recently renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, which is south-facing, with views of the beach and the mountain. It has a washing machine, TV and microwave. Includes garage space and WIFI service.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

La ubicación y instalaciones de la urbanización (piscinas y pista de tenis)
Colchones y almohadas muy deficientes, falta de menaje (vasos y tazas), cortinas con agujeros y aspecto de sucias, solo funcionaba un quemador de la cocina de gas, poner un ventilador en el salón y el sofá podría ser cama

Vacaciones finales de junio primero de julio
Está en muy buena ubicación con vistas al mar y el apartamento está en muy buen estado con plaza de garaje que es algo muy importante para estar tranquilo en tus vacaciones.
La cama de la habitación de matrimonio le haría falta un cambio urgente pues es bastante vieja.

Año un poco caótico
La ubicación,la limpieza,el wifi,que es un apartamento que llevamos yendo 5 años y nos gusta, y parte de la gestión que tuvimos con las averías
Pues la verdad,es que me hubiese gustado un poco más de claridad,la gotera,no tenía pinta de ser de dos dias,el moho.. que habia ,como os mande en la foto,no era de un par de dias, sé que la avería no era problema vuestro, pero ir a la playa y que tenga que ir dos veces un perito y nos corten el agua,incomoda... La persiana con trozos de cemento incrustado en el tambor, que no bajaba(que para una semana pues vale, pero tampoco es plan)
Ya de paso aprovecho para comentar el tema de los enchufes, que el chico que vino a arreglar la persiana y el atranco del lavabo, ya era más que conocedor porque nos lo reconoció,de que de todos los enchufes funcionan solo 3, el de la tele,el baño y uno de la cocina el resto dan chispazos y sin telefonillo(creo que en 5 años ...se puede intentar arreglar,y más después de una reforma de lavado de cara hace dos años)
Que se nos compensó si,que David estuvo preocupado también, esperemos que el año que viene sea mejor.

Calidad precio perfecto
La situación del apartamento y la limpieza cuando llegamos.
El día que nos íbamos,las chicas que iban a limpiar,nos preguntaron como 6 veces cuando nos íbamos,la situación fue un poco desagradable,ya que si tienes hasta las 10 de la mañana para dejarlo ,que una hora y algo antes ,esten preguntando cada dos por tres...fue incómodo.
Y los fuegos de la cocina cuesta bastante encenderlos,por el resto perfecto
