Very quiet and familiar urbanization, in front of the sea, the gardens and the two swimming pools are crossed and from a door you reach the sandy beach
There is a very nice children's area for children inside the urbanization and in front of the sea. Gated community, with parking space,
Ground floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 beds), and a double sofa-bed, terrace that allows you to eat and dine quietly in it, with pleasant views of the gardens. Another lower terrace to access the common areas.
There is ELECTRIC HEATING in all rooms for the winter months, also comforters. Very nice at all times of the year

Unfortunately the apartment is facing the wrong way and you don't get any sun on the terrace properly a good thing in the hight of summer apart from that every thing is good.

Overwinteren voor het eerst

Het was een genoegen in Denia te verblijven. Het appartement met twee zwembaden en op 100 meter van de zee is uniek. Inrichting en alle gebruiksartikelen zijn naar tevredenheid. Het enige punt van kritiek is de ligging op het noorden. Je hent een grote tuin, dus daar zit je heerlijk in de zon

Verouderd appartement, wel hun best gedaan om alles netjes te presenteren maar erg basic.Erg oude handdoeken, de waterdruk bij het douchen was zo slecht dat je amper je haren kon wassen.De kraan in de keuken lekte in het kastje, gemeld bij de eigenaresse maar die liet daarop niets horen.

Walked every day along beach. Great location for Cycling and Water sports. Local train service was reliable and cheap. Accommodation was well furnished and equipped. Highly recommended Steve & Angela

Unser Leben im Schatten

Wo soll man anfangen? Die Ankunft habe ich in Valencia das erste Mal angekündigt, eine halbe Stunde später nochmal und kurz vorher noch einmal. Gekommen sind dann 1Stunde später zwei Frauen mit Gardinen bewaffnet. Das Appartement war kalt, nichts war vorbereitet, Bemühungen die Heizkörper, Miniausffuhrung, waren zunächst nicht zur Abgabe von Warme zu bewegen, die Klimaanlage gab ihren Geist auf, Gardinen wurden jetzt angebracht, also alles Bestens vorbereitet. Richtige Bettwäsche Fehlanzeige, lediglich ein Tuch und darüber eine zentnerschwere Wolldecke. Nach zahlreichen vergeblichen Nachbesserungsversuch bot man uns ein anderes Appartement an, selbe Etage Erdgeschoss.Auch hier Probleme : zwei Heizlüfter waren dabei, die Bude warm zu bekommen, im Schlafzimmer ging eine der anderen nicht was bis drei Tage vor Abfahrt sich auch nicht anderte. Die Heizung ging dann immerhin 2 Tage, reklamiert haben wir nicht mehr. Zur Einrichtung: Essmesser: 1 dewi verschlissene Steaktmeseer, kleine Löffek:1 Gabeln: 4, leibloser geht es nicht: Etliche Zelefonate, in der letzten Woche hanen wir auf die Situation mit dem Besteck hingewiesen, Antwort: Das lässt sich doch leocht ändern. Ergebnis: Nichts hat sich geändert. Im ersten Aooartment gab es auch kiene Geschirrrtücher, nun ja, wir hatten noch niocht alles gesehen, aber die Koffer schon halb ausgepackt, alles auf Anfang, Umzug nach nebenan. Nun reichen die Zeilen nicht mehr: Fazit: Mangelhaft, weder im Sommer noch im Winter zu nutzen, Aerco

Im Grossen und Ganzen Sehr gut

Alles sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Bei einer gewissen Windrichtung, hört man den Straßenverkehr, aber nicht sehr störend! Was sehr störend war, war die Baustelle neben an, der Kran hat dauernd gehupt! Was toll ist, ist der kurze Weg zum Strand!

Fijne accommodatie voor maximaal 4 personen.

Fijne accommodatie en zeer goede communicatie met de eigenaresse. Direct aan het strand gelegen maar ook met eigen zwembaden. Omsloten urbanicacion met toegangshek. Eigen vervoer aanbevolen voor boodschappen. Restaurants op loop afstand.

Odpoczynek bez pogody

W mieszkaniu byłem miesiąc z córką ,potem dołączyła żona z drugą córką .Obiekt jest idealnie umieszczony w cichej okolicy.Do dyspozycji dwa baseny a obok morze.Dzieci świetnie się bawiły mimo tego że trafiliśmy na fatalna pogodę .Obsługa bardzo miła ,mieszkanie czyste ,wygodne.Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi,okolica spokojna.Blisko dobre restauracje ,sklep Consum.Mozna zwiedzić pobliskie góry.

Einfach schön

Standort: gut Betreuung: gut Dolores ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist allerdings unzuverlässig. Musste anrufen bei der Wohnungsabgabeam letzten Abend und eineinhalb Stunden warten. Wohnung ist top sauber und zweckmässig. Die Handtücher waren flauschig weich. Leider waren die Matratzen und die Kissen nicht so bequem, dass wir zum Ende hin alle froh waren, dass wir wieder heim durften. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass wir da sehr verwöhnt sind. Das ist aber wirklich das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln hatten. Der Rest war einfach nur toll. Wir hatten super Ferien und möchten Dolores recht herzlich für all ihre Mühe und Sorge recht herzlich danken. Wir können dieses Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Vacaciones junto al mar

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, junto a la piscina y con un asceso directo a la misma desde la terraza del apartamento. La urbanización es una urbanización cerrada, muy tranquila e ideal para niños con dos buenas piscinas. Desde la urbanización se accede directamente a la playa, más cerca imposible. La playa es una playa amplia y sin apenas gente, únicamente van las personas de la urbanización y poco más. Seguro que repetiremos.

La urbanización es una urbanización cerrada, muy tranquila e ideal para niños con dos buenas piscinas. Desde la urbanización se accede directamente a la playa, más cerca imposible. La playa es una playa amplia y sin apenas gente, únicamente van las personas de la urbanización y poco más. Seguro que repetiremos.
