Loved this resort and the condo we stayed in! Everything worked great, and it was very clean! The staff at the resort were so helpful and friendly! The restaurants on site were very good and reasonably priced. The view was stunning!

The room was clean and comfortable. Amazing view! The slider was very hard to open and lock. The frig is not very cold. We had it at all the way up and our drinks were luke warm.The staff was very nice at the resort … checkin, restaurants and bars. We had ribeye at Citron and it was delicious. It was disappointing that the pool didn’t have staff to walk around to take and deliver orders - drinks or food. We had to walk to the bar. The staff said they were not allowed. We probably won’t stay there again until they have pool service.

Thanks for your comments. We’ve reported these to the hotel for their service and/or repair. The pool service is there, but I’m sorry it wasn’t there for you. We were there in mid October and there was pool service so I’m not sure what is happening. I’ll look into that. Thank you!

We had an amazing time!!!! Only minor complaint is the light fixture in the bedroom. Because of the style it shakes and chimes when the ceiling fan is on. Extremely hard to sleep with the sound of wind chimes.

Very clean and great views. Resort is clean and so are the beaches. Bring ground coffee for the coffee maker. Bring all beach and pool accessories especially for the lazy river, there are none in the room. Bring your own beach towels you only get 1 per wrist band. FYI pool bar only has strawberry and regular margaritas.

Memorial Day weekend
