I am an Architect and live in this property myself part of the year. I am out of the country during the winter months generally from November to May . Presently my unit is available for rental as a continuous short term rental to one renter from Dececember/January to end of April / May 2020 . 4 to 5 Months

The property is very well located in down town Oakland on Lake Merrit . It is only 8 miles from heart of San Francisco. Public Transport of Bay area Rapid Transit ( Metro is walking distance from the building . Transit Bus from around the corner takes you in 20 minutes to the Trans Bay Bus terminal down town city of San Francisco. Oakland boasts of some of the best Restaurants in San Francisco. The views from the apartment are breathtaking.
