About this property

Country and beach, the best of both worlds.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, STUDIO/ 1 bathroom apartment with internet. The bedroom area has wardrobe, a double-sized antique iron bed and night-tables, while the modern sofa-bed in the living-room area is larger. Both sleep a total of 4 people. The living room area is also furnished with a coffee table, and TV stand with a large 45" TV with channels from all over the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee-machine, toaster, micro-wave and sitting for 4 people.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun bathing in the patio - with BBQ and table with umbrella - or on the beach located a few kilometers and watch the sun setting over the mountain from the garden.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as sightseeing, visiting monuments, shopping, etc.. Two of the monuments - in nearby Alcobaça and Batalha - are world heritage site towns, as well as the Roman ruins in Parreitas.
Half an hour away is located the historical city of Caldas da Rainha, famous for its historical hospital, woods, park, church, and traditional ceramics, but with a large shopping centre and other modern amenities.

Very nice vacation home ; all you need !!

Very nice little house, fully equipped, nice kitchen , microwave, fridge, the cooking on gas and with everything you need, very clean , nice bathroom with shower , washing machine, hairdryer, towels . Very very friendly and helpful owners who are always available by phone. Very calm and nice village but with everything you need close by. And only 3,5km from the beach.

What a tranquil and neat little place! We loved it! Someone mentioned a train going by. That train has three carts and passes by within 2 seconds. It starts around 7am, about every hours, and ends at 9pm, so not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and helpful, so was the neighbor who takes care of the place. We had a nice week with lots of trips within the area of Nazare. We highly recommend this place for a couple. Thanks Ilda and Isabel. :-)

Merveilleux séjour ,nous avons passés 15 jours au calme. dans la maison tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez nous il ne manque rien, le petit plus le barbecue et je vous recommande les brochettes de calmars et saumons ainsi sue tdu poissons frais excellents a prendre chez maria joao la poissonnerie qui vient au portail de la location .ilda et son frère sont d une extrême gentillesse et tres accueillants .Je recommande cette location a 100%.Cordialement marie josée et manuel

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir können zwar kein portugiesisch, aber man konnte sich auch mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Die Gastgeberin kam später noch hinzu, und falls ein Problem war, wurde es auch gleich behoben.Nur zu empfehlen.

Gîte super bien placé, entre Nazaré et la magnifique baie de San Martino do Porto. Gîte tout confort, tout équipé avec barbecue au gaz, que je précise génial . Hôte vous contacte par téléphone avant votre arrivée, et la veille du départ pour savoir comment s'est déroulé votre séjour. Je recommande ce gîte à un prix correct, sa situation géographique. En fait toute la qualité à prix raisonnable. Je remercie Ilda pour son suivi et bien être de ses locataires. Ilda vous recommandera restaurant local Raspota, écoutez là. Il est super. Acogedora casita cerca de Nazare

Casita sencilla, acogedora y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Tiene un patio con mesa para comer, barbacoa y tumbonas para descansar. Ubicada en un pueblo tranquilo, rodeado de bosque pero cerca de las playas. Ilda, la anfitriona, muy amable y siempre preocupada por que nos encontraramos a gusto. El tren pasa cerca, pero no es molestia ya que pasa pocas veces al dia y resulta hasta divertido. Nos sentimos como en casa. Buena relacion calidad- precio. Totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos por alli, repetiremos sin duda. Gracias Ilda, ha sido un placer.

Le logement est bien conçu, fonctionnel, bien équipé, convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes, et c'est très calme ! Un très bon endroit pour visiter les alentours de Nazaré,Perdeneira,Cadas das Rainhas, Péniche,Batalhia,Alcobaça,St Marthino do Porto,Foz do Arelho,Leiria..... On a passé 3 semaines formidables, on se sent de suite comme à la maison, endroit calme et reposant. Encore merci à Ilda, Afonso, Cyprien et Isabel pour leur accueil chaleureux. Tolles Haus und perfekte Lage!

Schönes und sauberes Haus in der gute Lage, zwischen Nazare und Sao Martinho do Porto. Viele schöne Strände kann man mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Im Dorf ( zu Fuß in 5 Minuten ) gibt es kleinen Laden, wo man fast alles kaufen kann oder in der Nähe ( Nazare ) Markt und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist für kleine Familie groß genug, gut ausgestattet, draußen eine Terrasse mit kleinen Gasgrill. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für die Gäste da, wenn man Sie braucht. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen!!! Vielen Dank Ilda!

Una casita muy cómoda en un lugar envidiable

Un apartamento muy cómodo para una familia de cuatro personas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Ubicado en un lugar estratégico para llegar a cualquier playa de la zona en pocos minutos. También está muy cerca del pueblo de Nazaré, de Alcobaca y de Sao Martinho de Porto. Los dueños son muy amables y están pendientes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

We are a brother and sister TEAM, co-owners of a farm inherited from our parents and grandparents. We live in Canada and we use the property for vacation purposes during the summer. We decided to upgrade this Annex (an old wine-cellar), and make it available to guests.
