Needs a little TLC

Overall nice but needs some TLC. Master bath shower had mold/mildew, stove top was stained, washer and dryer needs updating. Beds were comfy, living area nice. Kictchen stock with bear minimal, recommend upgrading pots the bottom are flaking off, had only one towel per guest. We did a lotof washing to keep towels on hand.

Beautiful beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the vacation rental. It was perfect for our 2 families. There was 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children and it fit all of us comfortably. The view is beautiful and the resort is so peaceful. A true getaway. You have to visit Baytowne Wharf, it was a 5 min. walk and we had so much fun. There was so much to do there and so many places to eat. The management company was amazing. We called a couple times and they had someone out there immediately. Their response time was great. Helpful tip: bring a couple extra trash bags and if you do cook bring a few spices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa looked EXACTLY like the pictures online, it was clean and nice. We were able to check in a little earlier which was SUPER helpful. The only issue we had was not all the outlets worked properly. Also the Shuttle was not really accessible from this villa and it was very clear where the stops were. But there was bikes and pool stuff (which we didnt use), but it was nice to have. I think something that would make this villa more awesome would be to offer a Golf Cart.The beds were comfortable, the kitcheb was fully stocked with pots, pans etc.Great STAY!!!Overall I give it 9/10

Woods/Rowe family vacation

The villa is exactly as described online. At the back of the house is a pond my grandchildren fished for hours and caught at least 50 fish and a few turtles lol. The only thing I would suggest is to let the guest now where to catch the trams and where the trams will take you. We where misinformed by the security guard who told us we could wave the tram down anywhere on the property and it would pick us up.. wrong.. plus you don’t want to take chairs, boogie boards etc.. on the tram .. you can drive you’re car across the street and park I world definitely recommend to my family & friends and stay again myself …need more info upon arrival..
