If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is affordable, convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 65” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!

Miramar and Santa Rosa Beach access is about 5 miles away.

Grand Boulevard is just 1.8 miles away with many selection of shops, restaurants, movie theater and grocery store. outlet malls is 4.3miles, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.

Sleeping arrangements - All bedroom are on the second level total unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom and full over full size bunk w/pullout.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig Duo brewing system so bring favorite coffee!), full size washer/dryer on second level. Initial linens provided, gas grill in garage (guest provide propane).

Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.

Amazing Stay

This home was amazing and worked perfectly for my family of 3 adults and 3 kids. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our little ones loved the pond in the back and the turtles in the pond. We were centrally located to everything, so that was definitely convenient. We will definitely be back. Communication was fast and easy with the owner, so we would definitely recommend!

It was a great stay, the condo was furnished thoroughly, beach chairs, umbrellas,toys etc. The check in was so easy and accommodating. The cleaning crew was great plus very friendly when I texted last night to tell them our departure time. The one and only tiny tiny thing is proximity to the beach and having to drive to the beach. That is not anything the owners can do anything about. Nicky and Eric were very quick to respond. This is our 7th trip to the emerald coast and I would say it was one of our nicest stays. 10/10

Cozy and beautiful place

Such a beautiful place to have a family vacation!!! Everyone loved it. So clean and comfortable. Very convenient location to beach and stores.It was super nice that this place has beach chairs, surfing boards, and umbrellas and so many other things. Host was very prompt to answer questions. My entire family had a amazing time while we were there. I give my highest recommendation!!!
