This 3 bedroom condo overlooks the streets of Baytowne Wharf. Beginning in 2023, the condo now has a 4 seater golf cart for your use. Stay in the heart of the resort and enjoy all that the Village has to offer. The primary bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom suite. There is a hallway bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. The last bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and also has a king bed and a private bathroom as well. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. Don't want to cook? The Village of Baytowne Wharf is an elevator ride away. Enjoy the events/dining and shopping as you stay in the heart of the resort. Nearby are 4 golf courses, marina, tennis, biking, etc all located inside the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
