This beautiful new home on East Bay is located 10 minutes from Traverse City. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths on the water with a fire pit, dock, kayaks and a paddle board. The boat launch is right down the street. It is located close to the Traverse City Resort and the Turtle Creek Casino. Flint Fields in located 4 miles away. Beautiful trees and private drive.

All the amenities of home. Full kitchen with stainless steel fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two flat screen TV's in Living room and Master bedroom. High speed wireless internet. Large Deck with furniture and propane grill. Comfortable seating on the beach.

Awesome Lake House

The Larson family Lake house was even better than we were expecting! The house was very clean, the location was amazing for water and land activities, and our group had a very comfortable and fun stay! We would definitely return for another stay!

Perfect Summer Place

We love this house, beach and location! The owner Nancy is so easy to work with! The house has 4 bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths; and the upstairs is a kids haven with 5 beds and a 1/2 bath. Many games, cards, books and beach toys are provided. Many great memories for our family here.

Vacation Home On East Grand Traverse Bay

This vacation home is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the bay! The home is well furnished and the accommodations are perfect for our family. The owners are very easy to communicate with. This is the 5th year we have stayed there and we absolutely had a wonderful time! The water is clean and the beach is very nice! The lounge chairs provided on the beach are so comfortable. Sitting on the large covered deck is wonderful in the evening, watching the sun set! We hope to come back for many years to come!

Beautiful Home!

This was our second stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The home is conveniently located between Elk Rapids and Traverse City. The views are breathtaking, and the beach is perfect for kids to play on. It is clean and the kitchen is spacious with great cooking equipment. We are excited to rent again next year.
