House completely renovated, with all modern conveniences, located in Le Ruguel locality at the end of the Perharidy peninsula.
Up to 6 people. Ideal for families up to 4 children.
These beautiful beaches are within a walking distance of which one is only 50m away. peace and quiet. Ideal for children.
Sunny enclosed garden terrace. Garden furniture.

On the ground floor:
Spacious living-room with TV, Wi-Fi, and phone.
2 bedrooms each with 2 single 90 x 190cm beds. Small appliances.
Utility room with a washing machine.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with an Italian shower,
and a separate toilet

2 bedrooms each with 2 single 90 x 190cm beds

At Roscoff: fishing port (where you can buy fish and shellfish every day), Marina, sailing school, sea-water therapy centre, cinema, casino, exotic garden, tennis courts, golf course; only 30 minutes by car.
SNCF railway station. Departing ferries to England and Ireland. Airport is 60 km away.

High season from 13/7 to 17/8: 950€
Intermediary season from 15/6 to 13/7 and from 17/8 to 15/9: 850€
Low season: 650€

Security deposit: 500€.
A 30 % deposit is required upon booking. Balance is due upon arrival.

Entspannung pur in einem gemütlichen Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in ansprechender Umgebung. Keine 5 Minuten und man ist am Strand und kann einen schönen Spaziergang entlang der Bucht machen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse zum Sonnen. Das Gastgeberehepaar hat uns zuvorkommend empfangen und sogar frisch gepflückte Erdbeeren vorbeigebracht.

Nous avons apprécié la jolie maison très bien située sur la presqu'île de Penharidy, au calme, proche de plusieurs très belles plages. Il ne manque rien dans cette maison. Navette gratuite bien pratique pour se rendre en ville. Nous remercions Mr et Mme Pugnet pour leur gentillesse et leur très bon accueil..

Très jolie maison tout confort à 20 mètres de la plage. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Jardin arboré et agréable terrasse. Situation très calme. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Point de chute idéal pour visiter le Finistère Nord. Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers.

calme et repos

location parfaite maison agréable et propre, rien ne manque, nous n'étions que 2 et n'avons occupé que le rez de chaussée. jardin bien clos parfait pour notre chien. propriétaires charmants , bref des vacances parfaites avec un temps magnifiques. pour nous seulement un peu éloigné de tout sauf des plages, il faut prendre la voiture pour tout mais les amoureux du calme et de la marche seront conquis à coup sûr.

Schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Die Anmietung hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Anfrage bis zum Auszug. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr hell und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die eine oder andere "Spur anderer Mieter" ist leider an den Möbeln und am Geschirr sichtbar, aber das bleibt wohl nicht aus bei Ferienhäusern. Roscoff ist ein wunderbares Städtchen mit vielen netten Geschäften und Lokalen, überall trifft man auf sehr freundliche Menschen, die Verständigung in Englisch war in der Regel problemlos möglich. Es hat uns Freude bereitet, Roscoff und auch die Umgebung zu erkunden: Abwechslungsreiche Strände, Wochenmärkte (mit Gemüse direkt vom Bauern, fangfrischem Fisch und großer Auswahl an Käse und verlockenden Backwaren), die Insel Batz, div. Städte entlang der Küste und auch im Landesinneren und sogar Wald und "Berge". Vom Haus sind es etwa 30 Min. bis zum Hafen und damit auch zum nächsten Bäcker (etwas mehr als 3 km). Bei Ebbe lässt sich der Weg etwas abkürzen, wenn man direkt durch die kleine Bucht geht, aber wir sind insgesamt ganz schön viel gelaufen, da wir nicht immerzu das Auto nehmen wollten. Das war aber ok, das wussten wir schließlich vorher und dafür sind es auch nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig. Außerdem hält Bewegung bekanntlich gesund. Sowohl Roscoff als auch das Haus können wir empfehlen, die Bretagne als Urlaubsziel sowieso :) Dankeschön und Merci an Marie-Claude und Gerard Pugnet!

une maison de vacances très agréable

La maison est bien située à proximité immédiate de la mer et avec un accès possible à pied au centre de Roscoff. Bien distribuée, elle offre des conditions de séjour agréables dans une ambiance confortable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. Une des deux chambres du haut correspond mieux à des enfants en bas âge (taille plus réduite de la pièce) mais notre séjour à 6 s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'équipement est bien adapté hormis la télévision (modèle ancien et fonctionnement de l'équipement).
