   House of 60 m2 ground floor, located 850 meters from the BEACH SOUTH, between the Rue du Pignada and the bike path connecting the beach, 300m from the beautiful pine forest, in a quiet area. Pens are planted with mimosas, strawberry trees, pines.
It is on a private garden of about 250m2.
Barbecue and covered terrace offer pleasure and comfort.
Direct access to the bike path by wicket (BIKE RENTALS 300 m)
 Parking for two vehicles in the common enclosure at a villa, each house having its own garden and its exit street.
Can accommodate 5 people maximum, cot on request and more.
RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, except agreement with the owner

 Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing by the owners.

 Covered terrace with garden furniture where you can have meals;

 Kitchen with recent equipment: gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, table and cupboards, cookware, NESPRESSO coffee maker and CLASSIQUE electric coffee maker, steam iron, pressure cooker, grill -bread, raclette machine. Crockery.
The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace on one side, to the living room on the other.

Cabane fonctionnelle, qui nous a parfaitement convenue. Malgré la proximité avec les propriétaires, ceux-ci sont très discrets et vivent de l’autre côté de leur maison, nous ne les avons même pas croisés. La cabane est mignonne, dans son jus, parfait pour les vacances. La proximité de la piste cyclable est vraiment appréciable, ainsi que des plages.

Super chalet, et des hôtes très accueillants

Nous avons passé quinze jours dans cette petitr maison. L'emplacement est ideal, la maison agreable et bien équipée. Elle est à côté de celle des propriétaires mais sans vis-à-vis, et ils sont par ailleurs tres accueillants, et nous ont donné plein de conseils de visites. Un grand merci !

Location idéale à Mimizan !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à cheval sur Juillet Aout dans cette location et nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette annonce et nous relouerons sans hésiter. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous avons eu toutes les infos nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. La location nous a convenu parfaitement, la maison est très bien équipée, il n'y a rien à redire. Nous avons apprécié le jardin spacieux et le calme du quartier. Nous avons garé la voiture et tout fait à pied ou à vélo. La piste cyclable à côté de la maison est un gros plus pour aller à la plage, faire de la course à pied, partir randonner en vélo ou aller au "centre" de Mimizan plage.

Einfaches kleines Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist sehr einfach gehalten aber es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Leider gibt es noch kein Wi-Fi. Die sanitäre Einrichtung ist basic, aber es hat eine Dusche mit Heisswasser und eine kleine alte Küche. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und allein deswegen würde ich das Ferienhaus auch gerne wieder buchen.

Es war alles sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima und man hat im Garten einen beinahe uneinsehbaren privaten Bereich. Im Haus ist es einfach eingerichtet. Aber alles ist da, sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Entspannung pur

Familie Besques hat uns persönlich und warmherzig empfangen und alle Räume und Begebenheiten genau gezeigt. Die Familie war jederzeit ansprechbar. Das gemütliche Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lässt sich mit einem Vorhang vor Wind und Sonne schützen. Außerdem bietet ein großer Garten genug Platz zum Entspannen. Den Grill haben wir einige Male genutzt. Unser Auto durften wir im Garten im Schatten der Bäume parken. Der Strand ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Fahrradverleih ist ganz in der Nähe; der Radweg geht hinter dem Haus entlang. Es gibt kein WLAN, aber das haben wir bewusst so gewählt und konnten im Urlaub wirklich gut abschalten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!!!

Chalet confortable et bien situé

Maison très agréable et très bien située dans la partie calme de Mimizan. Accès à la plage, foret et centre ville très facile et rapide à pieds ou en vélo grace à la piste cyclable qui passe juste derrière. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est egalement disponible pour passer un agréable séjour. Echanges tres agreables avec la propriétaire. A recommander!

Très bon accueil

L'hébergement est très bien situé sur la partie plutôt calme de Mimizan, un portail donne sur la piste cyclable, ce qui est très pratique, l'autre via la villa adjacente permet de garer la voiture. Le gîte en lui même n'est pas de construction récente, les photos sont fidèles, mais il est très bien équipé en terme de couvert, vaisselle et produits d'entretien. A souligner en particulier l'accueil tout en prévenance des propriétaires, très agréables et avec une communication précise, accompagnée de recommandation et d'aide sur le séjour. Merci pour cette qualité d'accueil qu'il n'est plus si courant de trouver aujourd'hui.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter, sehr schöne Lage in priv. Garten, nicht weit vom Strand

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, schlicht und nicht überladen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten bietet viel Platz und ist nicht von der Straße einsichtbar. Die in der Anzeige verwendeten Fotos entsprechen 100 prozentig der Realität! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
