The cottages Grand Pré! are ideally located in Roquecor 82150, north west of Tarn and Garonne. Close to the Dordogne, Lot, Lot et Garonne and Gers, you can discover many different landscapes, famous villages (Sarlat, Lauzerte, Auvillar, Monflanquin ...), castles (Bonaguil, Biron ...) , a renowned gastronomy and many other nuggets of the Midi Pyrénées and Aquitaine regions.

You can also rest on the spot. Relaxing at the 12x6m pool, the large barn with ping pong, billiard and table football, the badminton field, hiking from the property, bike tours, are all activities that will make you appreciate the calm and the charm of the place.

4 charming cottages and a trailer - unusual and charming accommodation - are at your disposal according to your needs. The lodging Isabelle or the roulette Lisette for 2 people, the lodgings Tom, Hugo and the roulette Lisette for 4 even 5 people. The cottage Léonie for 4 to 7 people.

And if you want to reunite your family for a cousinade, up to 23 beds are possible on the whole property (ask for a quote).
Each of the cottages have one or two private terraces. They are rented fully equipped, with beds made upon arrival. Sheets, towels and linens are provided.

The property is set in a beautiful valley, all parts of the property were very clean and nicely furnished, the swimming pool was fantastic and we did not want for anything. Emmanuel and Isabelle were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable hosts

Gîte loué dans son ensemble pour un we entre amis et tous les ingrédients étaient réunis! Un très belle propriété, des gîtes fonctionnels et décorés avec la touche personnelle qui fait la différence, le charme tout particulier de la roulotte, la piscine, le terrain de volley (et le reste), l’herbe verte et fraîchement tondue, le soleil et la très belle campagne environnante. Sans oublier, et sûrement le plus important, un accueil chaleureux et sincère. Un très grand merci encore une fois à Emmanuel et Isabelle. Nous reviendrons!

Emmanuel est un hôte attentionné rigoureux et ouvert au dialogue. Nous avons passé un super weekend

Retrouvailles entre amis venant de toute la france post confirnement nous avons pu profiter pleinement du gîte sans restrictions, avec un peu d'adaptation mais le bonheur était la pour tous. L'endroit est charmant, la famille hôte est une belle rencontre. Je recommande fortement Emmanuel et le gîte grand pre. Les retours de mes amis ayant participé sont tous plus que positifs Merci Gautier

Notre séjour en août dernier dans ces gîtes a été merveilleux, le cadre est très paisible, entouré par la nature, la maison est phénoménale, les installations et la convivialité du propriétaire, rendent le séjour très agréable. C'est un endroit très recommandé, nous garderons toujours un bon souvenir.

Nous étions venus chercher le calme et nous l'avons trouvé!. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillant. La piscine est un vrai plus!, elle est grande et très propre. Les gîtes sont spacieux, très propres et très bien équipés. Nous recommandons sans problème. Merci à Emmanuel, Isabelle et Hellios (la mascotte!).

Très joli gîte pour deux personnes, à la rénovation récente, au calme. La piscine et les extérieurs sont bien entretenus, assez vastes pour la tranquillité de chacun. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques !

superbe endroit

Endroit calme reposant , Manu et Isabelle sont charmants ainsi que leurs enfants, L'ambiance est conviviale , chaleureuse. Les gites et la roulotte sont propres , bien équipés, les lits faits à notre arrivée. Il y a de belles visites a faire dans la région. Le bourg est à 1 km de la propriété, vous y trouverez une épicerie avec le pain, la viande, les journaux. Vous y trouverez également une savonnerie artisanale très bien. IL y a également un marché petit mais avec de bons produits du coin. Nous y étions en 2012 , en 2013 .Si vous projetez de partir dans le Tarn et Garonne, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.

Un superbe séjour !

Voilà une excellente adresse à retenir pour passer de trés agréables vacances en famille (ou à 2 !). Le gîte Isabelle, ouvert récemment pour 2 personnes est trés réussi. L'acceuil de la famille Chion est parfait et le séjour se passe au calme, avec une belle piscine et un environnement qui ravira les amoureux de la nature. Beaucoup de possibilités de ballades et d'activités diverses aux alentours. Toutes nos amitiés Hautes-Savoyardes !

schöne Tage im Herzen Frankreichs

Ganz herzlichen Dank an Isabelle & Emmanuel! Diese beiden sind wirklich ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, hatten immer die Gelegenheit mit den beiden ins Gespräch zu kommen - beide sprechen neben französisch auch englisch - und haben von Isabelle tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Region bekommen. Unsere Unterkunft für 5 Nächte war Gîte Isabelle. Diese Unterkunft ist erst modernisiert worden. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Natursteinhaus für 2 Personen mit heller Einrichtung. Im unteren Bereich befindet sich die Küche, im Obergeschoss ein Wohn-und Schlafbereich. Der Übergang zum Bad ist offen. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine kleine Terasse, auf der man, den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann. Es gibt einen großen Pool, die Möglichkeit zum Tischtennisspielen und - sofern man in größeren Gruppen anreist - auch einen großen Raum um gemeinsam zusammenzusitzen, zu frühstücken o.ä.. Für alle Selbstversorger - so wie wir - ist Roquecor nicht weit entfernt. Hier gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der für die tägliche Ration Baguette sorgt. Sonntags findet sich hier auch hübscher kleiner Markt. Fazit: Man merkt, die beiden legen viel Herzblut in diese kleine Paradies. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können gîte Grand Pré daher allen nur weiterempfehlen.

Fête de famille réussie à Grand Pré

Venant de Loire-Atlantique et de Haute-Savoie, nous avons choisi les gîtes de Grand Pré pour une fête de famille en l'honneur du Bac et des 18 ans de notre fille ainée. Trois génétations, de 6 mois à 60 ans se sont retrouvées dans les 5 gîtes privatifs. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Nous nous retrouvions avec plaisir autour de la piscine et dans la salle commune pour les repas en commun, les grands jeux et les baignades (Manu nettoyait la piscine chaque matin), mais chacun pouvait se reposer ou s'isoler un moment dans son appartement ou sa terrasse s'il le souhaitait. Les alentours proposent un grand choix de distractions: artisanat, châteaux, marchés, promenades à cheval... Isa et Manu étaient disponibles et de très bon conseil. Ils se sont joint avec leurs 2 garçons à la fête familiale pour le plaisir de tous. Ce séjour restera inoubliable pour chacun d'entre nous.

Nous avons séjourné au début de l'été aux gites Grand Pré et avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances. L'endroit est au calme au milieu des champs, mais les activités alentours sont nombreuses et variées. Les gites ont beaucoup de cachet, sont confortables et décorés avec goût. Nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse, de la piscine, et de l'accueil chaleureux de Manu et sa famille! Un endroit très attachant où nous retourneront certainement...

Un endroit parfait

J'ai séjourné 2 fois cet été aux Gites Grand Pré : une fois avec mon père et son chien et une fois en solo. Tout est parfait : l'accueil, les gîtes très bien équipés, la piscine et surtout la région.... Le gite se trouve à coté d'un village (Montaigu de Quercy) avec toutes les commodités (super marché, poste, marché fermier...) et en même temps on est plongé dans la campagne. L'ambiance pendant mes 2 séjours a été très douce et calme! La vie au gite est réglée par le propriétaire et sa famille qui prend soin de nous... rien n'est laissé au hasard et c'est ce qui m'a plu! Tout est conviviale... Je recommande à tout le monde les Gites Grand Pré pour les familles et pour les couples comme pour les solos car on ne se sent jamais seul... on est en total autonomie tout en restant dans une ambiance de plénitude Bravo en tout cas à Emmanuel et à toute sa famille pour cet beau travail et son investissement personnel... Je compte revenir en automne voir en hiver sans hésiter... La région est très belle aussi! Merci pour tout...
