Everything has been thought out to offer you the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern, all in the heart of no less than 4 hectares of moors and groves, on a listed and protected natural site (Natura 2000). With its welcoming, spacious and well-appointed living rooms and comfortable rooms, the gîte awaits you to spend a relaxing moment out of the ordinary.
You will be delighted to enjoy its perfectly equipped exteriors: terrace, private swimming pool, outdoor games... we want you to make the most of your stay!

NATURE and AUTHENTICITY: the owner offers you a stay off the beaten track

It was love at first sight for us when we discovered the Manoir and our lives were completely turned upside down.
We have totally restored this former farmhouse with two ambitions: to always feel the soul of the past thanks to the beautiful part that has been left to the stones and the exposed beams, and also to offer you modern comfort in beautiful living rooms allowing you to enjoy this beautiful estate serenely.

CHARACTER and MODERNITY

You will first be welcomed by a large living room with exposed stones and beams. Very bright, it offers a comfortable corner sofa and several armchairs to share moments of conviviality.
This large living room also allows you to enjoy the television to watch one of the films offered in the video library, listen to the radio or one of your favourite CDs, or even discover the mini-billiard table!
Now let yourself be carried away to the huge dining room which can accommodate 12 guests around its beautiful farm table. This living space is also to be shared with the children: a small table, small chairs and two high chairs are at their disposal to play by your side during your meals!
A space shared between the dining room and the kitchen. You will be able to prepare delicious meals while being with your friends or family. This particularly well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, crockery, utensils, food processor, coffee maker...) has several accesses to the outside, allowing you to stay in permanent connection with nature.
And for a real moment of conviviality, you will be able to enjoy a good fire together, after having walked through the surrounding countryside, looking for mushrooms for example... We also put at your disposal, free of charge, the firewood to prepare beautiful flames and share a magic moment near this magnificent fireplace!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: CALM AND COMFORT

5 rooms that can accommodate 12 adults and 2 babies, allowing everyone to enjoy real moments of rest in complete privacy.
On the ground floor, you will discover 3 rooms equipped with comfortable beds of beautiful dimensions (2 of 160x200 and one of 140x200) to allow you maximum rest after the afternoons spent hiking or in the swimming pool.
Their charm is further enhanced by direct access to the garden for each of them .
Upstairs, you will find two other beautifully appointed areas under the slopes. On the one hand, there is a large mezzanine with two single beds and on the other hand, a room, preferred by children, with 4 single beds. Simply decorated, they are also in permanent connection with nature thanks to the large openings to the outside.
We have 2 completely new bathrooms. The first bathroom has a large shower allowing you to relax after a day of discovering the region's riches. It is accessible directly from the ground floor bedrooms and is equipped with a toilet. A second independent WC is also available on the ground floor.
The second bathroom has a large bathtub, ideal for the little ones!

We have tried to think of everything so that you can enjoy a stay with all possible comfort: washing machine, ironing board and iron, hoover are at your disposal. Finally, unlimited internet access is available free of charge throughout your stay.

OUTDOOR: a stay of NATURE and DISCOVERY

Each room of this house allows you to enjoy the greenery of the surrounding countryside and to easily get out and enjoy it.
The kitchen opens onto a beautiful and large terrace. Equipped with a large exotic wood table and comfortable chairs, this terrace also has a sideboard to prepare your summer buffets in the shade of its overhang. From here, you can enjoy the listed and protected natural site (Natura 2000) and its 4 hectares of moors and groves.

A magnificent private swimming pool of 5x9 metres protected by a veritable green setting, with deckchairs to bask in the sun, a barbecue, a table tennis table or table football, not to mention other games for children...

If you wish to get away from the estate, you will soon be amazed by the rich heritage of the surrounding area: Lot, Dordogne and Garonne. You will be able to visit the bastides, castles and museums of the region, but also surprising prehistoric sites. The vineyards, picturesque villages and local markets are also a real source of wonder for everyone. All of this just a few kilometres away.
Sports enthusiasts will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities, including tennis, golf, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. There are beautiful paths to discover by bike, on foot or on horseback, as well as numerous parks and leisure centres in the surrounding area.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
In July/August weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday - Arrival from 4pm / Departure before 10am
Rental rates include bed linen and cleaning service at the end of your stay. Towels (bathroom and swimming pool) are not provided.
300 euros is to be handed over to the owner on arrival when the keys are handed over by cheque or cash for foreigners.
In addition: in winter, central heating (gas) is reimbursed at cost price - Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
