It is a bioclimatic house. It has been rehabilitated with the aim of using exclusively natural and traditional materials and achieve maximum energy efficiency and water consumption.
The living room has been installed on the upper floor, facing south, to make the most of light and solar energy, especially in winter. The lower floor has been dedicated to the bedrooms, with less light but with perfect insulation. This has made the house cool in summer and cozy in winter.

Under the Sierra del Pinar -the highest altitude in the province of Cádiz-, in whose shade the famous pinsapos forest extends, the best conserved of this rare and beautiful species of spruce.
