Fisherman's house of 100 m² renovated in 2010 with all the comfort, careful decoration.
Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops (300m) and the sea, Eloux wood and salt marshes (400m).

The enclosed ground has private parking.

The bright house includes a dining-living room with a wood stove.
a reading and TV lounge (flat screen-Canal + and Satellite channel)
A fully equipped independent kitchen.
2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor equipped with a 160 bed and the other upstairs with two beds (140 and 90 cm).
A bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The garden is equipped with two terrace areas, one in wood with garden furniture for meals, a large sandbox for children, an outdoor shower (hot and cold water)
At the bottom of the garden is a shed for storing 4 adult bikes and 2 child bikes (8-12 years), a barbecue and fishing tackle equipment available to holidaymakers.

Lovely house and garden on a beautiful island

We found the house very comfortable and charmingly decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice! It felt like a proper home not just a holiday home. Very pretty garden ideal for relaxing in after cycling around the various scenic cycle tracks around the island, we used the bicycles provided. Particularly enjoyed the wildlife, birds and butterflies. The local bar at the other end of our road was very friendly. Lovely covered market in Noirmoutier, with wonderful seafood, we used the barbecue in the garden several times.

Excellent séjour !

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Patrick et Catherine qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Le gîte est décoré avec goût et très bien situé (plage de l'Océan et commerces de proximité accessibles à pied). La maison est très bien équipée et parfaite pour des vacances en famille : nous y avons séjourné avec nos enfants de 6 mois et 4 ans. Nous recommanderons cette location à nos proches qui souhaiteraient découvrir l'île de Noirmoutier.

Tolles Haus - sehr nette Vermieter

Ausstattung und Zustand des Hauses waren top! Sogar Fahrräder waren vorhanden. Auch die Lage im Ort ist super: Geschäfte, Apotheke und sogar ein Doktor sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist nah. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Das einzige, was nicht ganz so gut funktioniert hat, war das Wifi.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans la maison de Patrick et Catherine qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien située, équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison pour découvrir l’île de Noirmoutier et passer un très bon séjour

Belles vacances avec des hôtes formidables

Cher Patrick et chère Catherine nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre belle maison de vacances. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et personnalisé ! Tout est comme décrit et rien ne manque. La boulangerie et un petit supermarché sont rapidement accessibles avec les bons vélos disponibles. C'était amusant d'explorer les petites villes et les belles plages de l'île à vélo. Presque tous les jours de la semaine, vous pouvez trouver de merveilleux ingrédients frais pour le dîner sur l'un des nombreux marchés hebdomadaires. Nous aimerions revenir! Steffen et Rosi

excellent séjour dans un endroit charmant !!!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location fin juillet. La maison est située dans une rue calme et proche de la plage (10 min à pied). C'est un logement très confortable, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût. Une vraie maison de vacances où il fait bon vivre !!! Les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute et d'excellent conseil. Très belle adresse pour découvrir Noirmoutier.

Merveilleuse maison et superbe séjour

Une maison très agréable décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire qui est pleine d attentions. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un réel plus. La situation est parfaite, à peine 10 min à pied par une petite route de la plage (même avec nos enfants qui ne marchent pas très vite). Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour et reviendrons sans doute profiter de cette petite merveille.

maison très agréable et bien située

Tout était comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Les propriétaires charmants très accessibles et à l'écoute ont même rajouté un 2ème vélo enfant pour nos jumelles. Pas de frais de location supplémentaires. La maison et le jardin sont très agréables, bien entretenus et bien situés . Les terrasses sont au soleil et à l'abris du vent , on vit la porte ouverte sans avoir trop chaud. c'est parfait. Nous avons apprécié le côté très nature et sans " bling bling " de l'île. Tout se fait simplement et on prend le temps de vivre... nous sommes allés quasiment partout à vélo car tout est fait pour ça et sécurisé. Nous avons aimé le tour en cariole à cheval, la balade en bateau à voile au port de l'herbaudière ainsi que les restaurants avec vue sur le port, la crêperie "le blé noir" dont les galettes st jacques et crevettes très bien garnies et peu chères était délicieuses. Petit bémol, l'aquarium cher pour peu à voir. Les marais salants sont évidemment à voir, nous avons fait des réserves. Merci à nos hôtes et à leur fille qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Nous avons déjà parlé de ce petit coin de paradis autour de nous et peut-être y reviendront nous.

L'Epine property

We loved this house. Everything you need, beautifully furnished and a lovely garden. We have stayed in a number of houses in L'Epine and will certainly make this our first choice next time.

Fabulous

We spent a fantastic week at Le Clos. The house is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated throughout. It is well located in a quiet area but close to the centre of l'Epine and it's lovely beaches. We would highly recommend this house and hope to go back ourselves one day soon. The welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and Patrick and Catherine are very thoughtful hosts. Thank you.

Fabulous!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Le Clos. Great house, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Also very well located in a quiet area but close to the centre of l'Epine and lots of lovely beaches. La maison est vivante, très bien équipée (TV, lecteur de CD + CD, électroménager, vaisselle, matériel de pêche, plage, etc...) et avec goût; nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien "comme chez nous" et les aménagements sont réalisés avec une âme d'artiste. Félicitations aux propriétaires. Avec en plus à l'arrivée une gentille attention avec cadeau de bienvenue.

Très bien !

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Maison très agréable, propre et parfaitement bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Rien ne nous a manqué. Localisation idéale, dans un quartier calme, proche de la plage et des commerces. Prêt des vélos (+ siège enfant) très appréciable. A recommander !

Parfait !

Très bon accueil, propriétaires très sympathiques. Maison spacieuse avec déco soignée et moderne, logement très bien équipé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Bonne situation, proche de la plage et des petits commerces. Quartier calme. Le prêt des vélos bien utile sur l'Ile. A recommander !

Une semaine inoubliable

Les points forts de la maison : - un accueil d'une qualité rare et remarquable de la part des propriétaires; - la décoration de la maison et sa fonctionnalité; - l'équipement: le barbecue, la douche extérieure, la caverne d'Ali Baba que l'on retrouve dans le garage à vélos, le lecteur DVD, la Wii, le bac à sable qui fait le bonheur des enfants... ; - la situation, à égale distance de la place du village et de la plage de l'Océan, du bois des Eloux. A savoir (informations à juillet 2014) - il n'y avait pas de "barrière enfant" pour l'escalier lors de notre passage. - il n'y avait pas de réseau internet wifi et la réception internet était limitée à certaines pièces de la maison.

Agréable Maison

Agréable Maison pour une Agréable semaine sur l'ile de Noirmoutier. Maison idéalement située pour pouvoir découvrir l'ile et ses plages diversifiées. La location est très bien entretenue et bien équipée. Accueil convivial par les propriétaires sympathiques.

Séjour agréable

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison refaite à neuf, déco soignée et très bien équipée : - électroménager - tv, micro chaine, console de jeu, dvd, jeux pour les enfants, pétanque - barbecue, transat, hamac, vélo et matériel de pêche (utile pour la pêche à la palourde !) Également un bon accueil par les propriétaires. Rien ne manque, à recommander !
