Completely renovated village home. Very welcoming and cosy. This house is located in the old village of Rourell, a small and quiet place near Tarragona. It is very easily accessible (by car or public transportation), and parking is available.
The house comes fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful vacation (towels, bed sheets, TV, board games, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.).
This is a great place for relaxing and enjoying a country setting. The location provides very easy access to Tarragona, Valls, Costa Daurada, and the Port Aventura theme park. This house is perfect not only for families but also for groups of friends.

Una gran estancia

La casa es espaciosa y cómoda, estuvimos parejas y nos encantó. Estuvimos haciendo barbacoas, tomando el sol en el patio central, comiendo fuera o dentro, según el clima. Estuvimos muy a gusto

Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien equipada, no le falta de nada. En cuanto a la decoración, los propietarios lo han hecho con mucho gusto. Pasamos unos días en familia con nuestra peque y no ha parado de jugar en el patio de la casa. Y qué decir de las parrilladas que hacíamos en la barbacoa. Todo genial. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo (Portaventura, Salou, Tarragona, Ruta del Císter, etc.). En general todo muy bien y el precio fenomenal. Volveremos...

We have the house of Rourell, to complete the agricultural exploitation of Josep Gurí, based on the vineyard dedicated to the Cava.
We had the idea of the Rural house, thinking as users that we are of those establishments and that we have used with other families to enjoy our vacations and weekends to meet with friends throughout the peninsula.

Why they chose this property

This property comes from the inheritance of our aunts and grandparents by my father who lived here in the Rourell.
My grandmother was called Horténsia and hence the name of the house.

What makes this property unique

The advantages of Ca l'Hortensia are to have in the lower level at the same level all the complements and spaces to enjoy a whole family of 8/10 people including grandparents and the little ones.
Also the situation so close to a tourist area as important as Tarragona and the entire Costa Dourada without hurry and with a guaranteed rest.
