About this property

More Nou, house and swimming pool in the middle of nature.

Charming rustic house decorated taking care of even the smallest detail with original elements of the time. Comfortable and easy for your stay. Everything is arranged on a single level so it has no stairs. It has a large sofa in L for gatherings or rest. The house is located 1 km. from the village of L'Albiol at 800 meters altitude with spectacular views over the Camp de Tarragona and the sea of the Costa Dorada. On the opposite side we have the wonderful Sierra de La Mussara and the Prades mountains at an altitude of 1000 meters.

The village located less than 1km from the house has a Bar / Restaurant.

For the calmest absolute tranquility enjoying the house and the surroundings with gentle walks.
For the most active numerous activities such as road bike, mountain bike, hiking, hiking, rivers, off-road vehicles, mountain motorcycling ...

In summer time, guests have access to a rustic raft adapted to the bathroom for moments of relaxation. (Ask for availability)

The environment is very varied as a result of the magnificent location of the farm on the coast at 850 meters high.
Concerning the mountainous area we can enjoy the Sierra de la Mussara, the Prades mountains and the picturesque villages of the area such as Prades, Siurana (considered one of the most beautiful villages in Catalonia), Farena, Capafonts among many others.
Concerning the area of the coast we find cities such as Reus or Tarragona and sea villages such as Salou, Cambrils, Altafulla and others with their beautiful beaches and pleasant atmosphere.
Both in the mountain area and the beach area we will find an extensive varied and quality gastronomic offer with cards designed for all budgets.
Any area of the commented ones are approximately between 35 and 40 km from the house.
We can also enjoy in less than 30 km. of the PORTAVENTURA theme park.
Barcelona is to the north and the area of the Ebro Delta to the south near the natural park dels Ports.
A little over 1 hour by car we can enjoy the wine region of the priory with its renowned wines.

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Ferienzeit in l´Albiol

Toni und Christina sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut. Wir erhielten vorab genaue Informationen zum Auffinden des Hauses und später auch noch hilfreiche Tips für Ziele in der Umgebung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Umgebung einfach nur idyllisch. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück noch ein zweites Ferienhaus. Den Garten teilt man sich. Dieser ist aber riesig und jeder hat einen eigenen großen Sitzbereich. Wir haben die anderen Urlauber nur selten gesehen. Der Weg bis zum Mittelmeer ist 30 Minuten erledigt und die Strände und Ortschaften in der Umgebung sehr schön. Wer etwas Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und kühle Abendluft mag, ist hier absolut richtig.

Casi solitaria, si no fuese por la otra casa, principal y más grande (con capacidad para 6 personas), que se halla justo delante de los ventanales y del jardincito de la casa aquí anunciada Casi con piscina “privada”, si no fuese porque dicha balsa/piscina (con cloro pero sin filtro) se comparte con los habitantes de la casa principal, teniendo ellos acceso mucho más fácil y directo que la casa aquí anunciada (personas con movilidad restringida abstenerse) Casi silencio absoluto, si no fuese por el constante ruido emitido por una pequeña nevera que casi no enfría Por lo demás, hay que pensar bien si se desea una casa agradable y en un entorno bonito teniendo en cuenta esos “casi”, porque si uno descubre demasiado tarde que lo que se va a encontrar no es exactamente lo que refleja el anuncio, el sistema de alquiler es estricto con las condiciones temporales de pago

Arturo muestra el enfado con sus palabras a diferencia de todos los otros inquilinos (de las últimas ocho valoraciones 6 han sido de 5 estrellas y 2 de cuatro estrellas, media del anuncio 5 estrellas) y eso fue provocado porque quería cancelar la reserva SIN ACEPTAR LAS POLITICAS DE CANCELACIÓN DE LA PLATAFORMA. Fue a la propiedad "de mala gana" y a pesar de la atención que recibió en todo momento via teléfono, siempre a través de su acompañante ya que él nunca hablo con la nosotros durante toda su estancia. El día antes de finalizar su permanencia informó, la mencionada acompañante vía teléfono, de una inundación en la casa de grandes dimensiones que alcanzaba la cocina y el salón comedor. Inmediatamente después de su salida se envío a una persona de mantenimiento sin que se hallaran muestras de que se hubiera inundado nada, también se comprobó el lavavajillas y funcionaba a la perfección sin fugas de agua. Jamás hubo tal inundación. Tampoco hicieron ninguna reclamación a pesar que comentaron que se les habían mojado unos valiosos libros de una biblioteca que habían dejado en el suelo. Solo añadir que nosotros hicimos una valoración antes de la suya en la que indicamos que no volveríamos a alojarlos.

Experiencia inolvidable

Masía con muchísimo encanto y con un entorno espectacular. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la balsa rústica junto con nuestras hijas. Es una balsa compartida con la otra vivienda pero teníamos nuestro espacio privado, por lo que hemos estado muy cómodos. Es muy agradable bañarse rodeado de una vegetación tan cuidada. Delante de la vivienda hay un espacio de era donde podíamos realizar todas las comidas con muy buenas vistas. La vivienda al ser de muros de piedra es muy fresca y se duerme de maravilla. La recomendamos a todo el mundo, tanto para familias como para cualquier persona que quiera desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Los dueños estuvieron muy atentos respondiendo de inmediato a cualquier pregunta o necesidad, muchas gracias por esta experiencia, repetiremos!!

Heerlijke plek!

Prachtige plek uit de drukte en met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Heerlijk koel in de hete zomer. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht met alle voorzieningen voor een goed verblijf. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de sterrenhemel is indrukwekkend s’nachts. Er is een zwembad bij het huis dat gedeeld wordt met nog een groter huis op de zelfde locatie.

Magnifiquement isolé en montagne

Maison typique qui vaut le détour a elle seule avec toute la Vallée de Taragone comme paysage de petit déjeuner au milieu d’une forêt de 10 hectares. Perchée au sommet du Mont Blanc Catalan, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de plage ou d’excursions et se rafraîchir dans la piscine flanc de montagne.

Beau séjour ressourçant

Pour les familles qui aiment, comme nous, les grands espaces extérieurs, avec de belles vues, les lieux calmes et reculés (à 20 minutes du premier supermarché), cette location est idéale. L'accueil a été très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région (Tarragone : sa Cathédrale et ses ruines romaines, le village de MontBlanc, le magnifique monastère de Poblet, ...), les ballades accessibles depuis le gîte et la petite piscine d'eau de source très agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables

Vacaciones en un entorno espectacular

Hemos tenido unas magníficas vacaciones. La casa muy acojedora con todo lo necesario. La piscina queda a unos 100 m de la casa y el agua es un poco fría, porque viene de una mina. Pero es muy bonita. Los niños han disfrutado un montón de la piscina y del entorno en general! Totalmente recomendable.
