Enjoy the sound of birdsong, the wind in the trees and contemplate the views to the noth, which include the mighty Montseny mountain range.



Can Sant Joan is a privately owned 20,000 m2 property on the slope of a mountain in the middle of a forested nature preserve, with many pines, oaks and native plants. It is located inside the Natural Park " Serralada Litoral " between the regions Vallès and Maresme. Even though Can Sant Joan is in the middle of nature, it is 2 miles away from the entrance to the C- 60 connecting the A7 and C -32. There is also a railway connection in Granollers (8 km) and Mataro (12 km).


Inside the property there are two independent houses with a separation of about 100 m . Both houses are located at the end of a private road, 400 meters away from the road Parpers, which connects Mataró and La Roca del Vallès.This is a little transited road favoured by local bicycle enthusiasts.


The property is fully fenced and each house has its own parking space and its own thatch covered barbecue area. Both houses have wireless Internet access and are wheelchair friendly.
