The Rural House Terra Blanca del Benicadell is located in the interior of the town of Beniatjar.
Its name refers to the color of the land of most of the region in which it is located, and the origin of its name, "Vall d'Albaida", which according to the etymology comes from the Arabic / al-baydà / ¨la blanca ¨ and the mountain range and summit at whose feet it is located.
It is an old house with more than 150 years old, fully rehabilitated and with all services. Its east-west orientation allows you to enjoy excellent sunsets from your terrace to the valley.
The house, of 185 m2, consists of two floors with 4 double rooms and one triple, two located on the ground floor and the three remaining on the first floor (all of them with sloping ceilings). Two of the rooms have a TV, and a baby cot is available for guests.
It has heating (or air conditioning) and WiFi Free in all rooms and common areas. The house also has dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, TV and DVD player; reading room, music (radio and CD player), safe and desktop games; kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and washing machine; individual hot water to gas; and two full bathrooms (one on each floor).
It has large terraces (more than 120 m2) with furniture and barbecue, and excellent views of the valley (ideal in the sunsets) and Benicadell.
The total capacity of the house is 11 seats, and is rented in the form of full accommodation not shared.
