The villa's exteriors are wonderful. Step out onto the 40 m2 fully equipped terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in any of the charming corners of the garden. You will find a beautiful green area decorated with sculptures, fountains, plants, trees and night lighting. The 8 x 7 metre private swimming pool is salt water, with a depth of 1.7 m, and is covered but not heated. In this area of the property there are also two hammocks where you can relax, as well as a jacuzzi for 7 people and a sauna, both available only part of the year.

The house has 2 porches, one smaller and one larger. The first one is glazed and has curtains that keep out the sun, since in this room you can find a double sofa bed corresponding to the 2 additional beds. The other porch, of much larger dimensions, is also glazed and furnished to share chats, laughs and games with the family while admiring the privileged views of the sea and the mountains and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

This unique villa of 200 m2 distributed in one floor, has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with double bed and the remaining one with two single beds. The property has 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, and both with bathtub. Sit back and relax in the beautiful double height living room where you can enjoy watching television, listening to music with the CD player, reading a book or surfing the internet. The whole house has oil central heating. The kitchen is independent and has a rustic design, but with all the elements of a modern kitchen. It has a gas hob and you will find all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare all kinds of dishes, making you feel at home.

In the Sierra de Ador you will find landscapes of great beauty, such as the "Barranc" and the "Font de Lloret". The "Serra de Ador" Nature Classroom is a reference point for the ecology of the region. There is also a walking route through the mountain range of about 6 km, where we find the "Cova Figueral" where there are archaeological remains from the Neolithic period. Ador is only 8 km from Gandía where we find the perfect mix of History, Culture, Fun and Sport. Gandía has four wide beaches of fine sand, which gives you the possibility to do a wide variety of activities such as sky-surfing. There is also one of the few beaches with the best preserved dune system in the area, as well as one of the few nudist beaches in Valencia.

It is forbidden to cause excessive noise from 22:00 to 10:00 h as this is a development with villas close together.
Sauna and Jacuzzi only available from 15th June to 15th September from 10:00 to 22:00 h.
The jacuzzi only has cold water, which will be renewed every 7 days, with one day being unused. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 30.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
