A rural home, ideal for families with children and anyone who loves the countryside and wants to enjoy the tranquility of a Castilian village.

It is a traditional Castilian-style house, located in the heart of the Montes Torozos in the province of Valladolid, nestled at the crossroads of the four main Designations of Origin (Toro, Ribera de Duero, Cigales, and Rueda). Easily accessible by road and highway, just 20 minutes from Valladolid and 90 minutes from Madrid.

The house’s rooms are arranged around an authentic, classic stone courtyard. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is a house where objects typical of Castilian country life have been restored.

It features two rooms dedicated to children, equipped with puzzles and chalkboards, among other games. Just a few minutes’ walk from the house, there is a playground, an outdoor fitness area for adults, and a municipal swimming pool (Torrelobatón).

FEATURES:
· Sleeps 16 people.
· It has 7 bedrooms: one triple, one quadruple, 3 with double beds, and 2 with twin beds.
· 4 full bathrooms, one of which is accessible on the ground floor.
· Heating, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, appliances, kettle, coffee maker...
· Living room with fireplace and TV on the ground floor
· Separate dining room on the ground floor with TV.
· Towels included.
· BBQ, private patio, private well, and outdoor furniture
· Two of the ground-floor bedrooms are accessible for guests with limited mobility. Access is not obstructed by any steps. Access to the dining room, patio, and bathroom is possible due to the absence of steps.
· We love animals! Pets are, of course, welcome.

· Castle Tour, starting with the nearest one: Torrelobatón Castle, which can be seen from Villasexmir

· The Route of Jeromín to Juan de Austria, to discover the Mozarabic churches

· The Anunciada Chapel in Urueña (the only example of Catalan Romanesque architecture in Castile and León) and the Cistercian Monastery of Santa Espina.

· The Riberas de Castronuño Nature Reserve, the only one in the province of Valladolid.
