Nice weather all year round. Springtime in Winter. There’s a Netatmo weather station called “La Majada” free access for checking it.

Completely private. The house is built on a mountainside overlooking the valley and Seaview of the Mazarron beaches on the distance. In the background Sierra de la Almenara mountains (protected natural area) and “Peña del Aguila”, in the top of which live the imperial Eagle and the night owl.
