VILLA WITH PRIVATE GARDEN/POOL/AIR CON IN BEDROOMS. SLEEPS 4+COT.
A TOURIST BOARD APPROVED, WELL APPOINTED AND COMFORTABLE TWO BED DETACHED VILLA ON GOLF COURSE WITH LOVELY PRIVATE GARDEN & PRIVATE POOL. AIR CON’ IN BEDROOMS ONLY, CEILING FAN IN LOUNGE. FREE WIFI, TV AND DVD PLAYER, ROOF TERRACE WITH CORNER SOFA AND FRIDGE, SITUATED IN A QUIET LOCATION .
This Villa is perfect for a family of 4 or friends (over 25yrs old) or even a 'getaway' for two.
It is located within walking distance of Camposol Golf Course and Club House and approximately 20 minutes drive from the Port, Marina and beaches of Mazarron and Bolnuevo on the sunny Costa Calida (Warm Coast) in the region of Murcia.
A CAR IS ESSENTIAL.
ACCOMMODATION
REGISTERED WITH THE SPANISH TOURIST BOARD a well presented modern two bedroomed detached villa with pretty garden. There is a BBQ and outside dining area. There is also a small PRIVATE POOL in the garden.
There is an additional communal pool on site close by.
GARDENS AND TERRACES
The front terrace has a 2 seater sofa and coffee table, just right for sitting on reading your book or having a pre-dinner drink while the kids are playing in the pool .
There is an outside dining table and seating for 6. (*BBQ for hire).
The lower garden has a drying area with rotary line.
The covered upper roof terrace has a corner settee, small ‘sit up to bar top’ with 2 bar stools and a small drinks fridge; essential for those ‘chilled out’ summer evenings drinking ice cold Sangria Cocktails.
From the upper terrace there are lovely views of the surrounding hills and distant mountains.

LOUNGE/DINER - Has a 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, foot stool, 2 coffee tables with 2 lamps, TV and DVD's and player with a selection of films.
Free standing FAN and CEILING FAN.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO AIR CON IN THE LIVING AREAS.
There is a dining table and 4 chairs plus extra chairs if needed.
We also have a high chair for hire.
There are a few books and an 'ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW' book with instructions on how to use the washing machine etc. and features PLACES TO VISIT and maps of the area.
KITCHEN - has a 4 burner electric hob, full sized electric fan oven, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, washing machine, slim line dish washer, electric kettle and enough cutlery, crockery etc. to make self catering a pleasure.
BED 1 - has a large king sized bed, 2 bedside units and 2 lamps, mirror and a large double fitted wardrobe where you will find the hoover, iron, ironing board and additional clothes airer stored and a fixed floor SAFE. You will be given the code on your arrival.
AIR CON unit fitted plus ceiling fan.
BED 2 – has full sized Ikea bunk beds (sleeping 2) chest of drawers and a wall mirror. AIR CON unit fitted.
BATHROOM – with bath with shower over, wash basin with mirror and light over and cupboard under, W.C. and bidet.
NOTE: There is room for a travel cot in both Bed 1 & 2.
There is an additional childs bed 170cm x 75cm available.
IF YOU USE THE COT OR THE CHLDS BED THERE IS LESS CIRCULATION IN EITHER BEDROOM BUT THE BED DOES ROLL AWAY UNDER THE BUNK BEDS DURING THE DAY.
All linen and towels are supplied for 1 week of your stay (plus spares for emergencies), thereafter please feel free to use the washing machine provided.
THE POOL MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 7.1 X 4.4 AND 1.7 DEEP X 1.5 APPROXIMATELY AT THE SHALLOW END.
THERE ARE 'POOL RULES' IN THE PROPERTY WHICH MUST BE FOLLOWED.
SHOWERING BEFORE USING THE POOL IS OBLIGATORY TO MAINTAIN THE 'HEALTH OF THE POOL WATER'.
WE ASK THAT YOU INSURE YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT PEE IN THE POOL.

My name is Ian Kingsley. I live in the UK with my wife Karen and our two daughters that have virtually spent their whole childhood summer holidays in our Villa. In fact, any school holiday we would pack our bags and spend them in our 'second home' on Camposol.
But as they grew older and went off to college and Uni our holidays changed. We now have the pleasure of having long weekends away on our own or coming out with friends and family, hence the reason for the new 'chill out' area up on the top roof terrace!
There is so much to see and do in this area with a family, or not, as the cities of Cartagena/Murcia and Lorca, which all have large Shopping Malls (just ask Karen), are less than an hour away, plus we love taking our friends to our favorite restaurants and bars locally and in the Port.
It's even 'just about' possible to get to Granada and Almeria in a day from here - long drives but worth it or do what we do; stay over night.
Now the girls have grown up we want to see more of the world and decided this year that we would try renting out.
We hope that you have as much fun and enjoyment in our holiday home as we have had.

Why they chose this property
'For us buying on a large development was a bonus as the commercial centre on site offers all you could want or need. This was invaluable to Karen when she came out with the kids on her own or with her girl friends.
The property was new when we bought it and we liked the fact that it had a small downstairs garden area as well as a top terrace, it made the property different to others we'd seen.
Also the area has that real untouched rural feel which we love, especially living as we do, near a busy city. I think we have the best of both worlds here; a rural location but with beaches an easy 30 minutes drive away.'

What makes this property unique
'Camposol means Country Sun/Sunny Fields and it certainly delivers on that.
Our villa is tucked away on the edge of the development on a low hill therefore the views over Camposol from our top terrace to the distance mountains are lovely.
Immediately in front of us is a Petanque 'Court' built by the local residents and free for anyone to use. I was glad to sponsor some of the planting in the area as I wanted to give something back to the community we are now part of here.
The low hills of the area we are in on Camposol give it a quiet secluded feeling which, for us, was important as back in England Karen and I both lead pretty busy frantic lives.
Therefore, this villa and it's location ticked all the boxes.'
