Rural house (full rental) Molino de las Pontezuelas for 8 people

Stone house with a flour mill from the beginning of last century fully restored, which has four bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, 2 complete toilets and a spacious attic. It has an interior patio with a small waterfall that comes from the irrigation ditch that nourishes the mill, which surrounds you with its sound in a haven of peace. The house is surrounded by a farm of 1200 m2 surrounded by a stone wall, and crossed by the drain that operates the mill.
It is nestled in the middle of nature surrounded by oaks and pastures, 15 minutes walk from Piedrahita. It also has exceptional views of the Corneja River valley.

La casa está genial para ir con amigos o familia. Por fuera tiene apariencia de casa de pueblo pero por dentro está entera remodelada. La comunicación con Pablo ha sido muy buena. Hemos echado de menos que no tuviese abierta la piscina.

¡¡Fantástica!!

Una casa preciosa bien equipada y en un sitio muy tranquilo. Estupenda para ir con niños y/o mascotas. El trato fue muy agradable por parte de los propietarios. El entorno es fantástico. Realmente merece la pena. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y tras pasar el puente de mayo de 2017 ahí pensamos repetir.

Estuvimos alojadas un fin de semana para celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga, el sitio estupendo, la casa espectacular y muy bien equipada, teniamos todo el menaje, leña , toallas, etc. Todo lo necesario para poder descanasar. Cabe destacar la amabilidad del propietario. Por nuestra parte, lo recomendamos y volveremos a repetir seguro!

Excelente fin de semana

Estuvimos en la casa dos familias con niños y perros y la estancia fue excelente. Pablo, el propietario estaba esperándonos y nos trató fenomenal, explicándonos todo y recomendándonos lugares cercanos. La casa es preciosa y el entorno es muy tranquilo con una pequeña cascada en el jardín. La casa estaba muy limpia y está bastante equipada. Nos encantó el salón por sus ventanales , sus paredes de piedra y su amplitud al comunicarse con la buhardilla. Sin duda , esperamos repetir
