Casa Féliz Rural Duplex is located in Torres del Obispo, a town of 150 inhabitants, located in the pre-Pyrenees of Huesca, in the Ribagorza region.
It is located in a splendid area of the village with magnificent views of the countryside and the mountains.

It occupies the second and third floors of Casa Feliz. It has 4 bedrooms (including bed linen and 3 towels / person), fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, clothes rack, iron, kettle) and kitchenware ( cutlery, crockery, glassware, tablecloths), 2 full bathrooms (shower, whirlpool, bidet, hair dryer), dining room (with plasma TV and DVD) and large living room (with TV, DVD, video and stereo) . It also has a large balcony in the attic from which you can see wonderful views of the entire environment and with a bit of luck observe the richness of wildlife in the area: wild boar, roe deer, vultures, eagles, hawks ...
On the ground floor there is a living room with a solarium on the outside that has a barbecue, tables, chairs, utensils ... where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors.
In the Age of Felix (two minutes from the house walking) you can enjoy private pool, garden, charcoal barbecue or firewood (at the guest's expense), table football, table tennis, swings for the little ones, board games ... all in the middle of rural nature. The hours of use will be from 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; This time when you must leave the premises for maintenance of the facilities. The owners are not responsible for accidents / injuries that occurred in the pool area. It is forbidden to leave children under 10 years of age alone in the swimming pool facilities,

No es exactamente lo que dice el anuncio

Primero de todo, los propietarios se portaron de 10 con nosotros y solucionaron cualquier duda o problema. Sin embargo el anuncio no queda claro, porque parece que alquilas un dúplex+apartamento cuando son 2 zonas diferenciadas de la misma casa y alquiladas por separado, por lo que puedes tener que compartir las zonas comunes (terraza y barbacoa de la casa y zona de la piscina) con más gente. Ésto no está especificado en el anuncio, como tampoco que el acceso a la piscina tiene horario (aunque flexible si hablas con los dueños) y que se encuentra en el jardín de la residencia de los dueños (se específica que está en una zona a parte pero no en la propia casa de los dueños) Todo en la casa estaba genial y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, incluso nos ayudaron con la barbacoa, pero hay que resaltar que el anuncio no es nada claro, es más, induce a error, y que depende de con qué grupo coincidas en la casa (nosotros tuvimos suerte) la experiencia cambia completamente.

Muy buena estancia

Nosotras nos alojamos en el dúplex y es muy acogedora y muy amplia. Fuimos 7 personas. Tiene una sala de estar donde estabamos todas las noches y una terraza comun para poder cenar todos juntos. Ideal. La pena es que la piscina esta en otra zona pero se llega muy rapido. La zona de la piscina esta muy bien con frigorifico incluido, amacas, etc. Los dueños son muy agradables y muy majos y atentos. Me han resuelto todas las dudas que tenia en todo momento y sse han preocupado todo el rato. En definitiva, una experiencia muy buena.

Una atención por parte de los dueños de 10. La única pega es lo de la piscina. Que no esté pegada a la casa, pero como está equipada con todo.. barbacoa, cocina, baño y demás no se hace imprescindible el que lo esté. Muy recomendable

El trato genial, eramos un grupo de amigos con niños muy pequeños y esta genial, la piscina no esta en la casa, pero allí tienes todo lo necesario, cocina, baño, barbacoa...el único pero que podría poner es que en la piscina solo puedes estar hasta las 19:00h para que ellos hagan los trabajos de mantenimiento, pero esta genial, la casa esta muy nueva y en el centro del pueblo, las habitaciones grandes, dos baños completos...(el salón un poco justo para tanta gente, eramos 8 adultos y 3 niños, pero como estuvimos en la zona de la piscina que hay espacio de sobras...ni lo notamos). Los dueños encantadores, mucha información sobre alrededores...Un 10!!

Fin de Semana con Familia , niños, amigos.

La casa es un poco justa para tanta gente, en los espacios comunes, pero bueno te puedes apañar, en nuestro caso los niños comían en la mesa de la cocina y los adultos en el comedor. Esta muy bien equipada y muy limpia, el trato con los dueños muy bien, pero la piscina y la barbacoa no esta con la casa, es un precio aparte y esta un poco lejos de la casa, comentarlo con la propietaria si queréis hacer uso es muy amable. Nosotros coincidimos con las fiestas del pueblo, nos avisaron de ello, pero fue muy molesto a la hora de dormir. No hay comercios por la zona, solo un pequeño bar, aun que Graus esta muy cerquita. resumiendo el fin de semana estuvo muy bien.
