Farmhouse Florence (Complete house for 7 people)

The rural house Florence is located in Soto, in the valley of Valdeón, north of the province of León.
Located in the heart of the Picos de Europa National Park, it is 1 km from the capital of the valley, the town of Posada de Valdeón.

After restoring the maternal house of El Jermoso, Fidela and Juanito, they wanted to restore and give life to the house of Aunt Florencia, typical house of the villages of the valley. After a few years of making decisions about how it was going to be done, hard work and a lot of dedication the house is ready to welcome people who want to come and enjoy the tranquility and landscapes of the area. This house is a good example of the traditional architecture of the place.
Completely renovated, thanks to its restoration, careful decoration, services and its idyllic location, make it an excellent house to spend a weekend or holidays, in contact with nature.

The house has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with twin beds, one of these with double bed also) One of the rooms is at street level which could be suitable for elderly or people who do not climbing stairs. The whole house has heating, and overlooking the peaks from which to contemplate the peaks of Europe. It also has a beautiful room on the board completely covered in wood and stone, with some lights from where you can see the central mazico of the Picos de Europa, also has a pellet fireplace, which makes it a place of rest and reading and sona of magnificent TV.

Idyllic holiday location as a base for Picos tours

A beautiful old farmhouse with modern furnishings and comfortable beds - everything as described. The village is very small, but has bars, restaurants and a small supermarket within 15 minutes walking distance. The few inhabitants in the village are friendly and open to tourists. The landlord is easily accessible if needed. Everything was as described, the landlord very helpful, a very nice and relaxed stay.

Gezellig en compleet familie huis

Inchecken ging zoals afgesproken, net en gezellig huis voor een familie. In de buurt veel mooie wandelingen mogelijk, neem voldoende verse producten mee als je zelf wilt koken. In de buurt weinig te krijgen

La casa está en un pequeño pueblo muy agradable y bonito, con su bar para tomar algo después de la ruta. La situación es perfecta para hacer la ruta del Cares. La casa está muy bien. Mención especial a la chimenea de la cocina, que nos hizo pasar momentos muy agradables. Dispone de parking y zona de barbacoa, aunque no la usamos. La recomiendo.

Très belle maison dans la montagne

Belle maison, très bien équipée et très bien tenue. Située au coeur d'un petit hameau en montagne. Paysage magnifique! Nous sommes tombés sous le charme.

Very nice house in a wonderful location

The house was spotless clean and it's in a very good location. It has a private parking that was very useful. The heating works very well (the electric, the fireplace and pellets system). Kitchen and living room besides the rooms. We could cook and eat in the house. It was a very good experience.

Hemos estado un grupo de amigos con 3 niños pasando un fin de semana. La casa, el entorno y los propietarios (excelentes) hacen que uno repita. La casa está genial, muy bien equipada y sobre todo hay que destacar la limpieza. Además tiene un merendero con barbacoa a escasos metros de la vivienda. En breve iremos de nuevo. Un saludo a los propietarios y muchas gracias por vuestra atención.

La casa es espectacular,preciosa,todo nuevo y completamente equipada,unas vistas maravillosas,los dueños muy agradables,nos dieron facilidades en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta,y así fué. Seguro que repetiremos más adelante por más tiempo,ya que un fin de semana nos supo a poco. Totalmente recomendable la casa y el lugar.
