Our rural house is located in Fuente Higuera, a small village in the town of Molinicos, in the heart of the Sierra del Segura. Due to its location, it is ideal to know the whole region.
The area is quiet, ideal for resting, where nature lovers can discover a unique environment.
Our house, about 200 m2, is distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor has a large dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker ...), with 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor the house has 3 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two, with 2 beds of 110 cm, in one of the rooms has an extra bed, also has a bathroom.
It is equipped with heating, board games, and outdoor furniture.
It has a large outdoor porch and a large patio with seasonal pool.
It has an indoor fireplace in the dining area, and a barbecue and wood oven in the porch area.
The house is ideal for 8 people.
