Sea Colony Beach & Racquet Sports Resort-REMODELED Kitchen & Baths

Sea Colony is a gated resort community with walking/biking trails, 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts, 20 pickle ball courts, 12 heated swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, playgrounds and a complimentary shuttle to take you to/from the beach. This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis/pickle ball courts.

Guest Badges are required to be purchased for all guests and renters during your stay. A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, racquet courts, fitness centers and the transportation system. Be sure to display your badges at the crossovers to the beach.

We loved staying at Stacy's beautiful condo. She was very easy to contact with any issue we had during our stay. The location of the condo was private with a tram stop right outside. We loved that it was so close to the little sports center too!

Perfect Place

Wonderful property!

Host was extremely responsive to messages, home was well kept and in a great location for tennis, pickleball, playground and basketball. Loved the use of the bikes. Will definitely stay here again!

A fun family place & location

We had a great week at this location and property. It was our first time staying at Sea Colony. We loved that Sea Colony had to offer for our family (indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, bball court, Bocchi ball, tram to the beach, etc). The house was a good location. We could walk to the beach (10-15min walk) or take the tram. House was a great fit for our family of 5.

Quiet and peaceful

We've stayed in sea colony for a few years now. This was by far the cleanest and nicest unit that we've ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathroom remodeling was very nice. Master bathroom door is a little hard to open. Other than that everything was as described. Pickleball courts were right outside within 100ft and our kids enjoyed the West lake activity area

Family beach week

We loved our stay! The house was cozy and spacious enough for our family of five. Bathroom shower was amazing, and the kitchen was great. Our kids enjoyed their independence biking around and playing shuffleboard, cornhole, and more at the nearby activity center. We loved morning coffee on the deck and dinners together at the dining table. The location was good for jogging to the fitness center, biking to the pools, and hopping on the tram or biking to the beach. We were rained in for a full day and enjoyed the board games at the house.

Good place

It was clean and adequate. It was smaller than I thought. The washer didn’t wring out my clothing. There were a lot of flies near the entrances, and a door would have helped. Owner was very responsive and sent pest control over. A nice perk would have been linens provided.

Great House!

Our family had a great trip to Bethany and really enjoyed staying in this house. Everything was exactly as listed and very clean. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were very nice. Great location near the tennis and pickle ball courts. Stacy was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Property has great updated kitchen and bathrooms. If you love pickle ball great location for that. Only thing is the cleaners did not show up before we arrived due to traffic and they did not clean well at all when they did show up

Nice getaway

We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for thirty years. This is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed at. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were great. Extra beach chairs in the shed were a plus, and we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a spin. Would definitely stay here again!
