Condo was great , clean, beds were comfortable ….1 mile from Bethany Beach… gym facilities was top notch all new equipment..host was terrific, let us check in 3 hours early…would go back!!

Lovely condo and the hosts were very communicative. We enjoyed our stay. My only issue were a few cleaning concerns and supplies but the just sent the overlooked supplies right away. We’d stay agai.

Host was very responsive - some linens were missing but she took care of the issue quickly. Condo was comfortable and decently clean, but not many starter supplies available. Amenities at Sea Colony are great.

The place was in a perfect location for us. We did not purchase passes for amenities but that made driving through the property more difficult S we didn’t have access to drive straight up the road. The unit appeared clean and updated but the hvac closet had dust billowing out of it and the filter had a large amount of dust and mold that we cleaned. On a positive note the host was very responsive to all of our questions
