It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with twin beds), a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, as well as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a communal laundry room in the basement of the property where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Outside, this Golfo Gabella standard 2 bedroom apartment has a private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Doors lead from the living area to this terrace. The terrace also has a partial view of the lake and swimming pool.



The apartment is accessed via either stairs or a lift.



Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 58 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests staying at this Golfo Gabella standard 2 bedroom apartment have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of this Golfo Gabella apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area. It is situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake to swim out to.



Getting Around:

Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.
