The park "Antiche Cure di Ghiffa" is located in a quiet and sunny position about 1 km above the lake. The new building (built in 2011) was built on the remains of the former natural healing baths of the 1920s ("Cure Naturali di Ghiffa"). Of these, the residence not only took its name, but also philosophy. Quality of life is the spirit that animates the project and which is reflected in the attention for the needs of the inhabitants and in the love for the environment. Dr. Luigi Rovetta was the first to believe in the healing power of this place. In the twenties, he built a wonderful Kurresidenz and offered therapies based on natural medicine. There is a bar and a grocery store within 100 m of the hotel. If you like hiking, you can do this in the "Sacro Monte" natural park, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. Großzügige Wohnung , schöne Aufteilung -was auch schön ist , die 3 Sitzplätze . Aber die das Sofa furchtbar , Stühle quietschen und die Matratzen gehören ausgetauscht ebenso der versiffte Sonnenschirm . Aber wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen trotz des morgentlichen Glockengebimmels von 2 Kirchen nebenan .

Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Lage und schönen Aufteilung. Nun zu unseren Kritikpunkten, nachdem ich nun in der Wohnung war musste ich erstaunt feststellen, dass die Wohnung nicht so sauber war wie ich es mir vorgestellte hätte. Ich habe 2 Stunden verbracht mit staubsaugen, Spinnweben und tote Ameisen zu beseitigen. Ich hätte erwartet das dies vor der Übergabe gemacht worden wäre, schließlich mussten wir ja direkt bei der Übergabe 90€ für die Endreinigung in bar bezahlen. Dann muss ich ja eine gereinigte Wohnung schon auch bei der Übergabe erwarten. Des Weiteren hatten die Matratzen Flecken und könnten ausgetauscht werden, der Anblick war nicht schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr spärlich und meiner Meinung nach nicht akzeptabel. Küchengeräte vom billigsten, Couch hat die beste Zeit auch hinter sich. Die Terrassen kaum nutzbar, da keine vernünftigen Möbel oder Sonnenschirm und durch eine naheliegende Baustelle sehr laut dort den ganzen Tag. Alles im ganzen sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung, da man mit wenig Mittel es dem Gast hätte sehr schön machen können. Man kann im Nachhinein nur sagen, schade …..

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung mit 3 verschiedenen Terrassen, besonders die Dachterrasse hatte es uns angetan. Dort haben wir unsere Abende genossen. Allerdings fehlten Sitzgelegenheiten und ein funktionierender Sonnenschirm (wackelte). Leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Aber die spektakuläre Aussicht lässt es vergessen.

Etwas abgelegen, aber sehr schön

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles war super. Im Ort gibt es - in ca. 200 m Entfernung - einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem es alles gibt. Das Auto stand in einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Anfahrt vom See zur FeWo dauert etwas länger und ist auch kurvig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

FEWO hält nicht was Beschreibung verspricht

Die Ferienwohnung enthielt eine inkorrekte Beschreibung der Seesicht. Man hatte nur Seesicht auf der Terrasse und nicht in der Wohnung. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und hat nur ein deutsches Programm (SAT1). Es gibt kein WLAN in der Wohnung. Die Matratze des Schlafzimmers ist extrem weich und durchgelegen. Die Küche enthält nur eine Minimalausstattung und hat keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse ist in einem miserablen Zustand. Das ist eigentlich schade, da die Wohnung selbst gut aufgeteilt ist und großzügig bemessen ist.

Lieber Kunde, die Vermieterin bedauert den Fehler in der Beschreibung der Seesicht vom Wohnzimmer aus (von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man Seesicht). Dieser Fehler wurde in der Beschreibung behoben. Die Vermieterin hofft, dass die ausgehandelte Erstattung Sie versöhnt. Sat-TV, WLAN und eine Spülmaschine werden bei dieser Wohnung nicht bei der Ausstattung aufgelistet, da sie nicht vorhanden sind. Wir bedauern, dass Sie davon ausgegangen sind, dass diese vor Ort sein würden. Die Matratzen sind in Italien generell weicher, so ist es auch in dieser Wohnung. Ihr Feedback bezüglich des Sonnenschirms geben wir an die Vermieterin weiter. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihr Team von Lago Reisen
