GROUND FLOOR
Accommodating four guests with one king size bed (5’ x 6’ 3”) and full size single bunk beds (3’ x 6’ 3”). To maximise space, the double bunk converts to seating for day time use.

The hut features a galley kitchen with an electric two ring hob, a microwave combination oven, under-counter fridge, toaster, kettle, and DAB radio. There is an extendable dining table for up to four guests.

Wet room with electric shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Bathroom aids for mobility restricted guests can be provided on request.

OUTSIDE
There is a picnic table and garden furniture, as well as a fire pit. Foxglove sits in a paddock with three further shepherd’s huts, Cow Parsley, Teasel and The Beach Hut, each sleeping up to four guests. Please note, there is not designated enclosed space around each individual shepherd's hut.

No vehicle access is permitted in the paddock where the shepherd’s huts are located. Parking sits to the left of the farm entrance which is approximately 50 yards from the site entrance. Separate parking provision is available at Foxglove for guests with mobility impairment.

Dog Friendly
Two dogs are welcome (£15 fee per dog). Dogs must be clean and dry before access into the hut and must be kept off the beds. An outside tap is available. The inner paddock where the hut is located is enclosed, but dogs should be kept on a lead around the livestock. Please note, there are three other huts in the paddock, and there is not enclosed designated space around each individual shepherd's hut. Long dog leads are available onsite to keep your pets close-by your own shepherd's hut. The owner has chickens onsite which do occasionally fly over into the paddock. It is highly recommended that dogs are supervised for this reason.

Important Information
The paddock is shared with three other shepherd’s huts, Cow Parsley, Teasel and Berrington Beach Hut, with a wide-open aspect across the adjoining field.

The inner paddock where the shepherd’s hut is located is fully enclosed, however the adjoining field has a pond and younger children will require supervision around this area.

For safety reasons, we do not permit electric vehicle or hybrid car charging at this property.

Water is from a private supply borehole and is suitable for drinking.

Fabulous Foxglove

Myself, husband and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Foxglove. Great facilities and a fabulous location. We were lucky with the weather so barbequed and sat out with a fire. Stunning coast only a few miles away gave us lots of amazing walks.

Perfect peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful stay in the shepherds hut, the hut was very well equipped with everything you would need, including a small two ring electric job which we used to cook an evening meal for four. The bathroom also had everything you needed including toiletries. Rachel the owner could not have been more helpful and was on hand for anything you needed. The location is stunning very peaceful and relaxing, with sheep and horses in the field in front of the huts. The children both loved the experience of staying in the shepherds hut. The outside decking was fabulous and we sat out enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. The children also loved playing with the owners three dogs Marmite, Tarka and Scruffy. I would definitely recommend staying at South Berrington Shepherds Huts and can’t wait for our next visit.
