SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA - FOR LOVERS OF COMFORT AND GOOD TASTE !!!! - apartment of 110 square meters, (200mt. inside and outside) about 30 meters from the
crystal clear sea, between the locality of the airport and the rocky point, composed of open space kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, n. 1 double bedroom + n. 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (can be joined if necessary) illuminated by large windows with spectacular sea views ..
the apartment is equipped with all the furnishings (new), including utensils and everything that requires linen
kitchen linen, linens (sheets, towel etc .. all free of charge without additional costs), air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven etc.
and led tv lounge and master bedroom; (It is a house inhabited all year round, therefore cured from every point of view).
The apartment overlooks a large front terrace
with FABULOUS SEA VIEW, and private backyard, where you can dine in total discretion.
The backyard is super equipped, there is outdoor shower (with hot water), barbecue, and also outdoor kitchen
and wall units with wooden furniture, tables, armchairs etc ... (designed to make the stay relaxing).
YOU WILL RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Siamo stati una settimana, nella bellissima Santa Maria di Leuca, l'appartamento è veramente grazioso e ben curato, pulito, non manca veramente nulla, e in una posizione splendida, basta attraversare la strada per essere direttamente sul mare.
Giancarlo, il propietario, è una persona squisita ed estremamente disponibile.
